Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love irresistibly smooth Another fabulous body lotion by Nivea! I love Nivea body lotions - they are so affordable and they do the job well! Nivea's irresistibly smooth body lotion is my go-to body lotion in spring and autumn, when I need a body lotion that is not too heavy and yet hydrating enough for me during the change in weather. Nivea's irresistibly smooth is the perfect candidate: it has a light to medium consistency, after applying to my skin it is absorbed almost instantly without any stickiness so that I can get dressed immediately. It certain smell of shea butter which is probably the most nourishing ingredient that I can put on my skin, and yet the scent of the product is not over-powering and it does not linger for very long. As the product name has suggested, it leaves my skin very SMOOTH and also soft to touch. I have very dry skin and this body lotion does a great job in keeping my skin hydrated in between showers. After applying it once, I do not need to top up with more moisturiser until I shower again and wash the product off. The product comes in big 400mL pump pack which is both hygiene and is very good value for money. I would recommend this product to everyone!

Lasts ages with a nice yet subtle scent. Helped with my ashy arms and legs, everything else rubs into nothingness. Totally recommend, and about to purchase my second bottle in a couple days!

It has a light smell of cocoa butter but it’s not too overpowering! I have also tried Nivea’s original ‘Rich Nourishing Body Moisturiser’ which was nice but I personally preferred this one more. I usually fake tan and my legs are prone to getting quite dry and flaky so I was very pleasantly surprised to see that it left my legs feeling super hydrated and soft all day! If you’re on the hunt for a new body moisturiser I would recommend it!

Soaks into the skin fast and doesn’t leave you feeling greasy or slimy. The scent is okay, not overpowering which I personally prefer. It’s not a super thick moisture like the original version and I prefer this consistency as I feel like it provides the same amount of moisture without feeling heavy on my skin. Personally not a fan of the heavy fragrance. I could see how some people would think it takes a little bit to absorb but my skin is so dry I don’t have an issue with that. It has a nice soft, clean scent and leaves you with a healthy looking glow. If I apply this in the morning I can still feel it by the end of the day when I shower it off which I love.. no need to reapply throughout the day! (I was gifted a product sample to trial and review)

I thought this body lotion was particularly good as a product to use after you have shaved, such as your legs or underarms because it left no sticky residue and softened the skin to prevent any nasty bumps or redness. It is a simply moisturiser with a pleasant sweet fragrance (without that artficial sweet scent) and is true to its purpose. It is a well-made product and worth a try. It's not greasy which is a plus and it absorbs into your skin quickly, leaving long lasting and smooth feeling skin. The pump action is great for a speedy application and it's perfect for moisturising after long days in the sun. I was gifted this product to trial but I'll definitely be purchasing it for my summer holiday.
