Ingredients

Directions

Mix 1 serve (1 heaped scoop) into 200mL of full-cream milk and shake or blend until well combined.

It keeps me full but I usually use it as my post protein shake or in my breakfast smoothie! Very delicious will definitely be keeping this one.

The Isowhey is just as good if not better. The Ivory Coast Chocolate is one of the best Chocolate shakes for a rich dark chocolate taste. Easily mixes with both milk and water; and I often add Greek Yoghurt for some extra volume !! Yummy :-)

It fills me up for 4-5 hours, particularly if frozen banana pieces are added. Great to have for breakfast. Tastes great, and comes out lump free if put in a blender. Will definitely try the other flavors. It’s also great that it’s gluten free.

It has lower sugar content compared to a lot of other meal replacement shakes in the market and it tasted pretty good when you drink it with milk.
