I found the Sensitive brush heads were a lot smaller and softer. I didn't mind the softness. That felt nice, but they were too small. I'm assuming their smaller in width to prevent gums being brushed down, causing additional sensitivity. Not sure, just an assumption. I'm not sure if I like them as much as my ordinary heads. I might have to use them a bit more to get used to them but for now, I don't like the sensitive as much as the ordinary heads I buy.

As someone that has a receding gum line, this head was far gentler on this often sensitive part of the mouth. The only down side was it felt less effective for cleaning between teeth.
