My skin is a lot smoother and evenly toned with less breakouts too, and both my hair and nails are stronger and thicker. It is great value as you get over 3 month's supply in the one bottle at such a great price and it contains a good combination of various vitamins and minerals in decent quantities, unlike some other products on the market. I also love the fact that the capsules are odourless and very easy on my stomach so I would definitely highly recommend this product! :)
