Optislim VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) is a nutritionally balanced meal replacement designed for people requiring a practical weight management program. Each shake contains all of your daily nutritional requirements , including 25 vitamins and minerals, when you use 3 VLCD products per day.

Directions

In a shaker, add one 40g sachet to 200ml of chilled water and shake to dissolve. Drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portions should be discarded, it should not be stored for use at a later time. One serve of the Optislim VLCD shake can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the VLCD range.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Immediately regretting my decision to skimp and buy the cheaper brand. My advice would be to spend the extra money and buy Optifast. The Optislim is watery and gross and seems to have about half of the powder than the more expensive brands. I’ve taken to adding milk powder to these shakes so they’re not so watery but the taste is still foul :(
