Valerian has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness. Healthy Care Super Sleep 2000 is well formulated to help improve sleep quality.

Continuous nightly use may be be required for optimal benefits.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime, or when experiencing sleeplessness, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

They are also very good for stressful situations or any thing that may cause you anxiety, they make you feel relaxed without losing any mental capacity; a very good product for those of us who tend to stress easily.
