This particular one being the menthol flavour is a bit overwhelming at first but after sucking on the lozenge for a short while the taste becomes nice and sweet to me. The only downside for me is that they don't last and I feel like I'm popping a lozenge in my mouth every hour or so.

I would prefer something a little more subtle in flavour, like butter menthol. That said though, even without having an actual sore throat or blocked nose I could feel my nasal passages clearing instantly and the lozenge does leave a lovely cooling effect on the throat. I believe that had I had some actual cold symptoms, these would work an absolute treat, aside from the flavour, which really is a personal thing.
