Contains: Blood orange extract which may be subject to seasonal taste and colour variation.

Directions

ADULT DOSAGE:
10 mL daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Can be taken straight or diluted in water or juice. Once diluted, consume immediately.

I was worried about it tasting gross but it was orangey and easy to swallow. I have 10ml with my breakfast or lunch if I forget. Refrigerated after opening. I have been suffering from seasonal hair loss for 13 years and each year it freaks me out because it is getting worse. My nails break ALL the time so I need all the help that I can get. After two bottles I did see an improvement in both my hair and nails so I am going to continue using Swisse Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails Liquid or tablets as they probably contain the same ingredients.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth ago I have serve health issues due to my Crohn’s disease I’ve had numerous surgeries on top I had a rare pancreatic cancer which lead to another big surgery which all these surgeries and now ongoing health issues have left me with serve EPI and malabsorption Due to this absorbing vitamins I don’t do well if at all . My nails were breaking and peeling and so thing , I’m a blonde so my hair wasn’t great but it was never this bad with breaking and feeling like horse hair even tho I use good shampoos etc . It’s been over a month and my nails are so much better and my hair softer I’ll definitely continue with this and see where it takes us . It taste pretty good too .

I used to buy more of their liquid products but the changed the formulas & now their other liquid products are junk.

I kept it in the fridge after opening. I need to shake the bottle before consume because the liquid turned thick and murky at the bottom of the bottle. The liquid became thick and slimy after refrigerated. I hope the effect is good like what others reviewed. But I think I will stick to the tablets after finished this bottle.
