I mostly wear them during my medium days, but I was surprised at how absorbent they are as they are not as bulky as the heavier pads. I don't experience any issues, like leaks, and they also stay really dry. They stay in place really well too, which makes them good for active days! I highly recommend these pads to wear during medium - slightly heavy flow due to how absorbent it is.

The pads do absorb a lot and you feel protected. Although when I read „Extra Pads Super with wings“ I thought the whole pad would be wider and especially the wings. The wings are so small compared to the pad and it’s use. I felt like I didn’t know what to wear, the pad is thick for a heavy flow, but the wings look and feel like they are ripping off easily. Seeing the wings you would think they are for Tangas, but then the pad in general would be to big & thick. Even tough the wings are small, the pad stayed mostly where it belonged and just moved slightly, but still I sometimes didn’t felt protected as I was afraid the pad is going to fall off or out. But while wearing appropriate underwear the pad gives you comfort. The foil in which pad is individually wrapped could be a bit smaller to save packaging material and the environment.
