It feels thick on the hair and doesn't feel as if it is producing lather, but obviously it is. After use I have an extremely itchy scalp, only relieved by washing hair with another product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be holy grail product I have gone through about 4 bottles of the shampoo and matching conditioner. After the recent change in packaging and formula, my hair is matt and my curls are droopy and sad (if that makes any sense). I tried to give it a real go but this new formula isn't what it used to be. I have resorted to trying other curly shampoos and conditioners to find one that compares to the previous dream curls shampoo :(

So I have been using this shampoo over 3 months, and not every wash as curly hair shouldn’t be shampooed too often. And it has caused hairloss to the point where it looks like I have a curly mullet. I thought I was imagining it but my boyfriend (who has thick wavy hair) has noticed hair loss as well after he borrowed the shampoo because he ran out of his. Will not be using it again - please be careful with this shampoo.
