Has low fat and good amounts of protein and the vanilla flavor tastes great i don't recommend the chocolate flavor as it doesn't really have much taste compared to the vanilla.

Unfortunately, it appears the largest size container available for purchase has gone from 3kg down to 2kg. Of course, the price by weight has increased which means not just more cost, but more purchases over time.

The only thing is that it does not mix really wel, but apart from that great value for this product.
