They weren't. I spent the day on Busselton Jetty fishing. Anyone who knows the jetty knows its a long walk to the bathrooms. I was able to go about my day feeling protected and I forgot that I wearing a pad. The pad was easy to fit and I didn't need to make any adjustments during the time I had the pad on. The pad bunched up a little in the middle but it didn't affect the protection or the comfort of the pad. The Poise Super Pad was one of the most comfortable bladder leakage pads that I've tried. I will buy these pads in the future.
