Helps reduce occurrence and symptoms of facial cold sores

Healthy Care Super Lysine Cold Sore Relief contains a therapeutic dose of lysine to help reduce occurrence and symptoms of facial cold sores. The formulation also contains Vitamin C to support skin health and Zinc to help promote the immune system function.
It can also:
- Maintain collagen formation
- Support wound healing
- Help decrease free radical damage to body cells

Directions

Adults: To help reduce occurrence - Take 1 tablets per day with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
To manage symptoms - Take 2 tablets twice daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children (from 6 to 12 years): Take 1 tablet per day, or as professionally prescribed.
Children (under 6 years): Only as professionally prescribed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did not work for me I bought this after reading the review and it was day 2 of the outbreak, I took 2 tablets twice daily and did not see any result, still very sore, ended up purchasing antiviral cream which helped! I guess this might work for prevention or very early stage (day 1) of the outbreak? Lucky it was not expensive, won't buy it again sorry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They are huge, making them difficult to swallow. The ingredients of these tablets are good but there should be a warning on the completely opaque plastic jar that they HUGE. They are honestly the largest tablets I have tried to swallow. They have a thin coating on them which quickly dissolves if you cannot swallow them immediately and then they taste gross. I will not be buying this brand again. I will go back to my previous brand.

I suffer bad hormonal breakouts on my t-zone around my monthly, recently my top lip and have recently started getting cold sores on the corner of my mouth... I haven't noticed much of a difference at all in taking these, even beside my own personal skincare use that works well for my face. It's unfortunate because the reviews are fantastic and the price is so cheap.
