Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! I am surprised people have given this wax a 1 star review. It works better than anything else I have tried, doesn't leave my skin red raw and is very easy to apply. It will cool quickly though, so needs to be reheated if you are doing more than one small area. If is is too cool, it won't pull the hair out - maybe this is the problem others are having. Also, the applicator isn't really re-useable - I buy my own paddle pop sticks.
