I find them to be terrific, I used to get pains in my legs and cramps in bed at night, especially in the winter months! After purchasing these 'Super Bio Magnesium' tablets I noticed a reduction of the cramps and pains at night immediately, I take one with my evening meal each night and I know I will sleep well right through!
