I actually place waterproof pads under my bedsheets for accidents. I wore the Poise Overnight Pads For Bladder Leaks for a few days in a row to completely test their effectiveness and have to say, the waterproof pads have stayed dry. The pads themselves are thick, but not uncomfortable, in fact they're very soft and mold to your body. They are very absorbent and do not leak at all. My one and only gripe is the pack size is so small. Would love to see them some in a bulk pack.

It is oversized, thick, cottony soft and incredibly absorbent for heavy bladder leaks. I feel safe wearing it overnight and not worry about soiling my bed. I would highly recommend it!

They give me a bit of confidence that I won’t have to change my pjs in the middle of the night. The pad feels soft and comfortable. It stick to the undies everywhere it needs to to hold it all together. I haven’t had any issues with it and so far so good.
