My only concern, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, would be that I am really unsure about it being able to help in the aid of slimming. I only bought it to trial as purely a convenient snack if I found myself hungry and with no food. I would recommend sticking to a diet full of fresh fruit and vegetables with lean protein and plenty of water.

When I compared t them to 1 I had from previous box... definitely less. This is a meal, it's hard enough without getting less than what your paying for. And they're not cheap to buy. Disappointed that this is happening.

I mistakenly thought they were a different brand, and I only realised when I got home). The are honestly one of the worst things I have ever had - dry, chalk, cardboard tasting bites that you want to gag on. Wish I'd kept the receipt, I would have returned them :(
