My myotherapist recommended I try these for some relief from some swollen joints in my toes - I'm a long distance runner and had surgery to correct bunions a couple of years ago... using these, combined with some targeted foot massage, allowed me to train for and complete a full marathon! They really helped. They take a little getting used to at first, but stay in place and are of good quality.
