Directions

1. Prepare and mix your colour: Add the contents of the Colourant Cream tube into the Developer Milk Applicator Bottle. 2. Shake well and snap off the tip of the bottle. 3. Apply your colour: Apply mixture to hair lengths and ends, using the tip of the applicator bottle to separate the hair section by section. 4. Massage well. 5. Leave for 25 - 35 minutes if you have resistant grey hair. 6. Rinse and Condition.

I loved the light, fruity aroma that I could smell once I opened the box The hair colour was easy to mix and once done-so the texture and consistency was perfect and so easy to apply. It did not drip or run and had a light but pleasant fruity smell I was happy with the overall result of the colour, it covered greys and provided a nice even and natural looking colour. It also left my hair looking and feeling glossy, silky and moisturised I will definitely be purchasing in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Love the colour and how my hair feels I love this product. I've only just started to get some white and grey hairs and wanted to easily cover these up. Everything is included in the box including the gloves which is very handy. The instructions are very clear and easy. Mixing up the dye was so easy to do and the bottle applicator is very easy to hold and apply to your head I applied this to my hair and I must say it smells good (other dyes I've used have had a bit too much of chemical smell but this wasn't like that). I found that my skin didn't stain which is a fantastic thing, it's creamy so it's very easy to apply. Once I had washed it out and dried my hair I was so amazed at the colouring. It was fantastic, no grey and white hairs left, it was close to my natural hair colour but now it has more of a shine. It was also soft and as I have dry hair, i was surprised it didn't dry it out further (which can happen with some dyes) I really love this and will continue using it. It seems to really proect my hair and bring back it's brilliant colour

Rated 5 out of 5 by blu from My hair looks great I was excited to be chosen by Beauty Heaven to trial the Garnier Nutrisse Crème hair colour. The shade I received was ‘Deep Reddish Darkest Brown’ The product comes in a rectangular white box, with a picture of a model sporting a luxurious mane of hair in the same shade of colour, as supplied inside the box. Inside the box you will find the instructions, a pair of gloves, a 60ml bottle of Nutriesse Crème colour nourishing conditioner, the developer crème in an applicator bottle, and a tube of the Nourishing Crème colour. Having the developer already in its own applicator bottle makes it so handy and tidy to effortlessly colour your hair at home. All you have to do to activate the colour, is to unscrew the white lid off of the Nourishing Crème colour tube, remove the grey plastic ring, screw the white tube cap back on so that it pierces the tube, making it so easy to neatly transfer the contents of the colour tube, straight into the applicator bottle. No mess, no fuss. All you now have to do next is to shake the contents vigorously for 30 seconds, snap off the tip of the applicator bottle, to allow the colour to release through the hole at the end of the bottle’s nozzle, and you are all ready to apply the colour straight onto your hair. Since it has been some time since I coloured my hair, I chose Option 1 – to colour my whole head. I started by placing an old towel around my shoulders to protect my clothing from staining, donned the gloves, and then applied the applicator bottle to sections of my hair closest to my hair line and roots to cover those sneaky greys first. I applied the rest of the colour through the lengths and ends, massaging it in well to ensure I spread it evenly. If you have colour your hair frequently (every 4 – 6 weeks), it is recommend you use Option 2 – to touch up your roots only, instead. Despite it containing peroxide, I didn’t find the colour to be a strong or overpowering smell, and it was only in the very first seconds of first applying the colour to my hair line, around the temple (where I have the most stubborn greys), that I had a bit of eye watering and a short strong burst of a sharp pungent peroxide odour. However, it did not linger and was gone after a few seconds and I didn’t notice any strong odours whilst it was developing. The colour itself was very gel like, so it settled well onto the parts of my hair that I wanted covered in colour, meaning it didn’t drip anywhere and I hardly had any mess to wipe off my face, whilst I waited for the colour to develop. The instructions advise that you leave the colour in your hair for 25 minutes for normal developing, however, since I have quote stubborn and resistant greys, I left it on for the suggested 35 minutes, instead. This longer developing time just darkens the mix over time, so it is nothing to worry about. I then proceeded to wash the colour out of my hair until the water ran clear and applied a liberal amount of the Nutriesse Crème colour nourishing conditioner and let it penetrate my hair for 2 to 3 minute, before rinsing that out also. I am very happy with the end result. My greys are covered, my hair looks and feels great, and I love the colour. I found my hair feels like it is in even better condition than before it was coloured, so I will be purchasing this hair colour again. I have already recommended it to friends and family, who want a quick, no-fuss hair colour that they can easily and affordably DIY at home, that will leave their hair feeling great and feeling even better than when they coloured it.

After waiting in anticipation for this trial I was pretty relived & excited when the Garnier Nutrisse Creme in 10.01 Natural Light Ash Blonde arrived.....I had so much regrowth it wasn't funny lol. So thank you so very much Beauty Heaven for giving me the chance to try Garnier Nutrisse Creme. The creme comes in a little box with everything you need to colour your hair including gloves (I use my own disposable rubber gloves to make colouring a bit easier) After mixing for a little bit I was ready to get the little lid off and colour. Compared to other colouring the Garnier Nutrisse Creme isn't too overpowering and doesn't smell too bad, the mixed creme has a conditioner like consistency. Using the applicator bottle makes it super easy to colour your hair. I always start colouring at the roots working towards the ends, making sure that all my hair, even underneath have creme on it. My scalp had no burning or anything while waiting for the colour to develop. I jumped in the shower to rinse out the creme after working the warm water through my hair a bit first.......the colour came out great, really natural looking..... I felt amazing after colouring my hair with the Garnier Nutrisse Creme in 10.01 Natural Light Ash Blonde.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WhoAmI from Great product I was lucky enough to receive the Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour in the shade 1-liquorice. Although this was not my original selection, I was impressed that a Garnier representative had taken the time to advise me that this was a better option based on my questionnaire. My normal hair colour is black but due to dyeing it previously, it has a slight dark brown undertone. The product comes in a green box, which contains all the essential components – developer, crème colour, conditioner, gloves, applicator bottle, instructions. The instructions were extremely simple to follow. The product itself has a pleasant smell and there was no overpowering chemical scent that would have caused any irritation to my eyes. After mixing the components together, I ended up with a mixture of nice consistency so it was easy for apply to my hair. I was quite pleased with the results – there was perfect coverage and my hair took on a dark black look (quite similar to my natural hair colour). My hair was silky and smooth, and did not dry out or look frizzy. This may have been due to the oils within the product combined with the great effects of the garnier avocado hair mask that I was using concurrently. My hair also appears quite radiant and nourished. I would highly recommend the product.

This was a first for me as I never usually colour my hair, well I did as a teen, but that's another story Upon opening the box I was pleased to see all the tools required to carry out this task. Instructions were well written with plenty of diagrams to show you what to do in each step The brush and glove that were supplied were adequate, but I think it would be a nice touch to have 2 or 3 extra gloves included Application was easy and trouble free and I was able to contain the mess to a small area. Unfortunately, the product only arrived about 3 days before this review was due so I am unable to give any feedback on colour retention from normal day to day activities and how many hair washed it will take to remove the colour All in all, it does what it is supposed to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great natural shade I really liked using this hair colour it was easy to apply ,no running & a really nice fruity kind of smell.I have collar bone length hair that is a strawberry blonde colour (so I used honey dip)& the one box made it through my whole hair which was lucky :) While on my hair it didn't sting or tingle like some other colours I've used in the past.Easy to wash out didn't leave a stain on my skin & the colour is really nice & shiney,I would say on my hair it is a true level 7 shade(no scarey dark surprises like I've had in the past).My hair is a nice even colour & not damaged at all if anything it's smoother & softer than before I coloured it.The conditioner that comes with it is really nice too.I can't complain about anything so 10/10 from me,very happy with the results!

I am very happy that I was, as my colour is very natural and I am very pleased with my result. I chose to try the 9.13 light ash blonde as the past 8 years I have been using a different brand in a 9.1 which I have been happy with but thought it the perfect time to see if another brand could match my result. I am very happy to say it did. The box has a picture of Carry Bickmore's face on it which we have all seen her ads on tv as well as advertising which catches the eye- " 100% grey coverage" "8 weeks anti dryness" plus more so it would catch your eye on the shelf in stores. The instructions were very easy to follow and all you have to do is squeeze one into the bottle and shake it's that easy. I was very pleased to find that the safety gloves included were actually a perfect fit and not sized for a child. ( this has been a problem in the past with other brands) The hair colour used was a 9.13 light ash blonde so I expected a strong smell but I was surprised that the smell was not that overpowering at all and I really didn't get one bit of sting or itch while the product was in, which can also normally happen. The colour was a thickish white creme, so not as runny as my other colour that I used in the past but I liked it better as it was easier to apply and less likely to drip. The sizing I thought to myself maybe I should have received 2 because this is what I usually do as my hair is long and does go past my bra strap but It was just enough so once again very happy. The one thing I was not happy with was the conditioning that was included as I love this to be thicker and an instant softness when applying but I did not get that. Other than that I am very impressed. Overall I have been very happy with my results and will be using Garnier Nutrisse Creme colour again. The 9.13 light ash blonde gave me great results and has so far covered the greys. I did find in comparing with my usual product I use. that the colour result did not have as much silver tone ash in it but the colour is a very natural blonde. In the past I have always had many many comments on my colour and even hairdressers have commented and I am pleased to say that I will continue to have them, my results have been fabulous. My natural colour has changed over the years and has probably lightened to a light brown but I also have a few greys in amongst it and I find this helps with going blonde.

As a part of a trial, I was bit of apprehensive using Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour as I am someone who has been loyal to another brand for past 5/6 years. Of course, that brand hair colour has always satisfied me with great results and having a fine thin hair, you got to be extra extra careful about the products I put into my hair Packaging is simple about this hair colour. It advertises having 3 oils (Avocado, Olive and Shea) so that is definitely a huge plus for me. I had mine in Tamarind 4 Dark Brown. Inside it contains , white bottles containing developer, colour, gloves and a conditioner. Like all hair colour, this too comes with instruction leaflet which is very easy to go through Mixture was tad thin than my other old product but as easy as to apply all over my hair. I have 30-40% grey hair so I started applying it over my roots first. No discomfort or any tingling sensation on the scalp at all. And the biggest advantage of this hair is it leaves NO stain what so ever on your skin. Now how good is that? No worrying over if the hair colour has dripped and stained your ears/neck/forehead or even the bathroom white tiles (in my case that is). As instructed, I left it for good 30 minutes and rinse with cold water. I found it didn't take a long time to wash dye from my hair - another plus. The conditioner that comes with this hair colour is rich, creamy, very luxurious and has fresh smell. Usually I condition my hair for 3 mins but gave myself 5 minutes, only to lap in that beautiful smell. After naturally drying my hair, I could see that my grey hairs has been thoroughly covered and my hair has been uniformly coloured. This colour didn't dry my hair scalp at all and my hair felt clean, fluffy and easy to manage. Sometimes I also end up having frizzy hair after colouring but this wasn't the case this time It has been 10 days since I coloured my hair and I am pleased to inform that the colour looks great and no grey hair has yet resurfaced. The package says 8 weeks of anti-dryness and colour but I hope it lasts longer than that because I colour my hair every 3 months Only issue I found that is one bottle wasn't enough for my medium length fine hair. Not sure, if I used more on the roots but I had to lather my hair to fully cover my hair in colour. It did work and was little worried that my hair wouldn't be uniformly coloured but it turned out great. Maybe I might buy extra for my next usage. Overall, a great product and what ticked the most was absolutely no stain on my skin. I would definitely use this product again.

I previously tried Garnier Nutrisse a few years ago and wasn't a big fan of the colour range, but they have seriously upped their game since then. I chose the colour Tamarind which is a Level 4, rich chocolate brown and slightly darker than my natural hair colour I have very long, thick hair so I purchased an additional box to make sure I got the best result. Upon opening the product, I enjoyed the gorgeous fruity fragrance and found the instructions to be very clear and easy to understand. The box includes everything you need to colour at home including gloves, which was fantastic. After mixing the colour and applicator bottle together, I began applying the product at my roots and separating it into small sections with the nozzle. I found it easy to gently massage into my scalp and the non-drip formula ensured that my bathroom wasn't a horrible mess! My hair has about 20% grey so I left the colour on for about 30 minutes to ensure they were covered well, then I gently rinsed it out with warm water and applied the conditioning balm. As a surprise addition to the trial Garnier also supplied a lovely avocado mask which I have reviewed separately. My hair can be quite dry so I decided to try the mask as well and was left with super soft, silky locks. I was surprised at how rich the colour was after I dried my hair and was very pleased that it didn't feel stripped or dry like some other home colours I've tried. I will definitely repurchase this product, thank you BH and Garnier for giving me the opportunity to trial this great home colour!

Rated 5 out of 5 by annibaby from Nice coverage I have used this product in the past and was pleasantly surprised with it again. The colour I chose to use was Medium Ash Blonde 8.13. The product was a lovely creamy-gel texture which, I know is thick enough to stay on my hair without dripping down and that's what it did to my hair. I was easy to apply and went on evenly and coated all of my hair. I don't have grey hair so I can't comment of the grey coverage. After washing the colour off my hair and placing the lovely scented conditioner with the familiar fruity scent that Garnier is known for. I dried my hair and if left my hair witha bit more volume, a lovely mid blonde colour and my hair felt so soft and smooth it was a wonderful feeling. I couldn't stop touching my hair. I would recommend this as it truely coated and colour my hair and ,left soft and shiny. I think next time I will try a lighter shade as it was a tad bit too dark for my liking.

I was surprised because there were quite a few bottles in the box. I love this fruity smell of every bottle I did the full head because I want a change from very dark black to this soft dark brown Applying was nice and easy after mixed the colour and developer together. I did massage through into my hair and waiting for 25mins plus. Rinsing was took little longer than I like but conditioning was amazing. It smell amazing and also feels amazing. I could feel a coat right after I rinsed it off in 5 mins time. I left it longer because I have thick hair Once my hairs are dry, it feel so soft, shine and glossy. I love it. I never knew that colouring at home can be so easy to do. Almost two weeks now, the colour is still on my hair, too. My hairs are so much healthier than I do colouring in the Salon.

The hair colour I chose is Tamarind, a rich dark brown shade which is my natural hair colour. I dye my hair regularly to cover grey hair coming through. Nutrisse is a permanent hair colour with 100% grey coverage, exactly what I require. Comes boxed with the items needed to colour hair at your convenience at home. Also included is Colour Nourishing Conditioner to create a gorgeous shine with freshly dyed hair. Applied to dry hair. Easy to mix and easy to apply to hair. The mixed formula is slightly sloppy and is easy to squeeze out from the application bottle. I did not feel any discomfort on the scalp, the formula is rather gentle. There is no strong chemical smell with the formula which is a bonus. Does not stain skin, so ears and face line are safe, any drips can be wiped off. I left the formula in hair for 35 minutes, rinsed clear and applied the conditioner. The end colour result is wonderful, vibrant, lush and full. The dye has no trouble taking to hair fibres. The brilliant shine with my newly coloured hair is excellent. Hair smells amazing and is left nourished and feeling conditioned. I need 2 boxes of the dye for full hair coverage. One box for me is good for root, top of head hair, enough to cover any grey regrowth I have. Nutrisse Creme is an excellent hair dye, very affordable, I will definitely purchase this hair colour in the future.

My natural hair colour is a very light brown which is mixed with some grey, well wuite a bit actually. I home colour my hair approximately every 6 weeks. The colour I usually choose is a pearl blonde colour. The colour I chose for my team trial is 9.13- light as beige blonde Upon opening the box the product is packaged in, you will find a leaflet with instructions, disposable gloves for product application, developer Creme, nourishing colour Creme, and colour nourishing conditioner First I applied the gloves enclosed, opened the developer Creme, added the nourishing colour Creme, applied the top and secured it then shak vigorously to mix, the twist off tops do applied to the roots of my hair first- this is where the regrow th is the darkest and needs the longest processing time After waiting approximately 25 minutes, I then applied the remaining product to the rest of my hair, blending through to the ends. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I then applied a little warm water, and massaged to emulsify the product , then thoroughly rinsed the product out. Finally, I applied the colour nourishing conditioner through my hair and left in for approximately 2-3 minutes, the rinsed it out. I then towel dried and the styled my hair. I love how bright and glossy my hair looked and soft and hydrated after coloring.

However I think the formula has been vastly improved as I received an outstanding result as part of the Trial Team Firstly the included packaged disposable gloves had a perforated edge for easy opening. The instruction leaflet had a good sized font for easy reading and easy to follow: Unscrew the cap and then screw back on to break the shipping seal on the tube of colour to open. Then squeeze the colour into the bottle of Developing Cream, replace the lid and then shake. Snip the tip and it’s ready to use The rich creamy, blended formula has a pleasant scent and no ammonia smell. My scalp did not sting like some hair dyes. I kept the formula on my hair for the extra 10 minutes as recommended for stubborn grey hairs that I normally have difficulty colouring and the grey disappeared. Once I rinsed off the formula, my hair felt nourished – not dried out like some brands. I following up with the Nourishing Conditioner included in the box and once my hair was dry it has extremely shiny and silky.

Rated 5 out of 5 by aflchick from Great product would definitely recommend to family and friends. Before dying my hair I had grey hair at the root. I chose the Iced Chocolate colour as it looked the closest to my natural hair colour. As soon as I opened the bottle the first thing I noticed was the lovely smell, it wasn't overpowering and no hint of chemicals at all which was a pleasant surprise. The solution was a good consistency as when being applied did not run down my neck or splatter over my bathroom as I have had with other products. I only have short hair so I got quite good coverage from the amount in the bottle but I did use it all. I left it on for 40 minutes to ensure that I covered all the grey hair, when rinsing off it came off easily and did not stain my skin at all. After I had dried my hair it was silky smooth and still smelt lovely. This is a superior product to others on the market and I would continue to buy in the future, however the colour seemed a little dark for Iced Chocolate, but overall I would purchase this brand again.

When your hair ends up looking and feeling so beautiful, nothing is more exciting. When the trial product arrived in the mail, it was not alone. Along with it was a product that would keep that gorgeous colour in for longer and keep the hair continuously healthy. Garnier products have a beautiful, fruity scent and on opening the trial parcel, the scent was so Garnier! The delightful green packaging of the hair colour had me so excited as I have used this product before in my younger years when I started to see greys. On using hair colours, all companies recommend you do an allergy test first but as I have used every hair colour under the sun I will honestly tell you, I did not do this. I am no stranger to hair colours and I have never had a reaction to any permanent hair colour ever before so I was not going to waste any of my time looking the way I did with my regrowth looking so evident and my overall colour looking so faded. The products within the box of hair colour are labelled very well and are so easy to mix. The tube of colour which will have your chosen colour number is on the front of the tube and this is to be squeezed into the Developer Crème. Make sure to take the grey ring from the tube to allow for the screw cap to pierce inside of the tube to allow the colour to come out. Then squeeze the contents of the tube into the developer, replace the developer lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Snap off the plastic bit on top of the developer bottle. I applied colour to all of my regrowth first and allowed that to do its magic for 25 minutes as I have resistant hair. After that I applied what I had left to the rest of my hair and left on for another 10 minutes. If your hair is past your shoulders make sure to have 2 boxes to begin with and if you have really long hair, you’d need 3. Compared to other permanent colours I have used, this doesn’t go as far. Another convenient addition to the packaging is the cut-out hole on the back of the box that allows you to place the developer bottle into it when you need somewhere to place it without making a mess. Pretty smart! The whole colouring process is not unpleasant, the product feels very comfortable, no itching, no redness and no unpleasant scent at all. I did this process on my own and I did make a huge mess (black is the worst for stains of course!) but make sure to wipe away straight away or you will have stains for days and not just on your skin (bathroom walls, floor etc) and you will have to wear a scarf until it wears off! The most exciting step in hair colouring is of course, the nourishing conditioner. So after time is up, with gloves on, I put my head under the tap, using warm water to emulsify and rinse the colour out until the water runs clear. With a generous amount of this glorious crème conditioner I massage my head then allow the crème to do its magic for at least 3 minutes. The tube of crème does go a long way so it will give you 2 more uses, in which I do once weekly like a hair mask. I always allow my hair to dry naturally (you can blow dry of course) and within no time at all I have beautiful, glossy, soft raven locks that smell out of this world! I want this feeling to last forever. Thanks Garnier and Beautyheaven you have made me feel confident and beautiful!

Inside the box you'll find everything you need for a professional looking colour, including clear instructions with two options- recolouring or first time use. It's as simple as putting on gloves, and emptying the cream into the pre filled applicator bottle. They even supply enough post-colour treatment for several washes, to help maintain your new colour! Lightly scented with the fruity Garnier fragrance we love, and without the heavy chemical smell or burning in the eyes, there's enough dye to do my thick, long hair evenly. Even though I'm doing the two step process of retouching my roots, the whole process takes all of 40 minutes start to finish and leaves my hair soft, bright and even in colour, with a beautiful fruity scent that people remarked upon later that evening. The copper colour is stunning, lasts about 6-8 weeks (or until the greys grow through!), and I'm frequently complimented on it- even by professional hairdressers. And that's saying something. My only request from/feedback for Garnier would be a colour refresher being added, like the one offered by L'Oreal. Otherwise thanks for a beautiful quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SamiFF from Wonderful grey coverage! Firstly, I have to say how happy I am with the result of using the Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour. This is the best that my hair has looked in a long time! I decided to do something unusual for me: I read ALL of the instructions! The hair colour was simple enough to use - just mix the Nourishing Colour Creme with Developer Creme in the appicator bottle and give it a good shake for 30 seconds. When it came time to wash out, I noticed that the creme had not gone hard in my hair, as Ive noticed it has with other brands. My hair is very dry so I was impressed to see that the Colour Nourishing Conditioner was not just in a small sachet but a decent size of 60ml, which was enough to cover my long hair, and enough left over for the next wash. After conditioning my hair felt very soft. As my hair has been pretty dry lately, I used the Garnier Nutrisse Avocado Enriched Mask straight after conditioning. It had a nice smell, not too strong, and was lovely and rich. You only have to leave it in for a minute, which is wonderful when you are time poor. All in all I was really pleased with how soft and shiny my hair was after using these products. The colour looks fantastic and it covered the greys brilliantly. I would definitely use both products again and would highly recommend them, especially for anyone wanting to cover those pesky grey hairs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Angage from Easy to use Thank you Beautyheaven select me for this great trial.The colour i choose for this trial is liquorice 1 black.My normal hair is black to darkest brown.I am a big fan of black shiny hair.I am pretty impressed with the packaging.Because it has every thing you need even gloves.Also it has small leaflet easy to follow instructions step by steps.I have long hair. But the product was enough for me to colour my most hair.Applicator bottle is easy to use.It helps to colour from roots and separate the hair section by section.It has amazing fresh and floral sweet scent that i could smell. Not over powering.I rinse well by adding little by little water while gently massage my hair.I love the final touch of the hair colour conditioner leaves my hair feeling silky soft and nourished.It's not messy to use. The overall result was quite good. All my roots were fully covered and my hair felt quite soft manageable and shiny. I am happy with the final natural look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HerQuarters from Salon quality hair dye at-home I used the Garnier Nutrisse Crème Permanent Hair Colour in the Shade Dark Quartz Brown on my dark brown hair which has the odd gray roots here and there. The instructions were simple to follow and quick and easy to use. I was very thorough with the application process and made sure every single gray strand was covered. The dye consistency wasn't runny and did not drip down my face, it washed out easily and did not feel irritating on my scalp. It also did not have an aggressive ammonia chemical smell which is common in most hair dyes. The color ended up looking beautiful and vibrant, and my hair feels healthy and silky smooth. The grays have been banished and most important, it all looks natural! I have tried many hair dye products and this one is up there with the best, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by southcoastclare from Quick and Easy Lucky me was invited to be on the trial team for Garnier Nutrisse, I select the 3.6 Deep Reddish Darkest Brown. I decided I would do option 1, to cover my whole head. After reading the instructions first, I am pleased to report, it was extremely easy to use. The kit comes with everything you need, including gloves. After putting on your gloves, you mix the developer, which comes in an applicator bottle and colour cream together and then apply to dry hair. I applied the colour to separated parts of my hair beginning with the roots and then I worked my way through to the ends. It didn’t drip at all, but I used an old towel to protect my shoulders. The colour worked through my hair really easily and evenly. The products smelt fruity, which masks the chemical smell that most hair dyes have. I let the colour develop for 30min and then I rinsed out the colour in the shower until the water ran clear. I then apply the nourishing conditioner, which was in the pack. I love my colour, and all the greys are gone. My hair is silky, shinny and felts so healthy.

As I have naturally Red hair t is sometime hard to chose a color that works well on my hair The color on the box was a dark brown/reddish color so i was a bit apprehensive about the color at first I found it easy to mix the colors in the bottle and it blended really well. The gloves were the usual type that you get with hair colors but i fond that these gloves fir me better than others have in the past I applied the color first to any areas of grey that I had (mainly the sides of my head near my ears), I then moved onto my fringe and the roots before applying to the rest of my hair The color distributed through my hair nicely and it was easy to cover all over with one bottle, I have hair to just below my shoulders and it is reasonably thick. So I set the time for 25 minutes and sat back and relaxed I applied a bit of water and massaged the color in, I found that the color rinsed out really easily and my hair wasn't as dry as it normally is after coloring The final result was a bit dark at first but after a few washes I have a nice reddish brown color that whilst very different from my usual color I am really liking the result.

Rated 5 out of 5 by goddesslozza from Beautiful colour with little to no smell ... I have been home colouring my hair for the past 20 years off and on. After having a baby and being time poor I have been home colouring consistently for the last 4 years every 2-4 months. My hair is dark brown and very long and gets knotty very easily. I do have a sprinkling of greys around my part line and the sides of my hair. I always choose a dark brown colour and I choose Garnier Nutrisse Crème 3.23 - Dark Quartz. The colour looked gorgeous and glossy on the box. I haven't used a Garnier hair colour before but I was impressed when I opened up the box to find double the conditioner to use after the dye. I love how the hair colour conditioner leaves your hair feeling so glossy and amazing. Sometimes I get my partner to help me but I decided to do this by myself. I have a new white bathroom so I'm really nervous about getting dye on the granite or tiles. It was a no-mess hair dye and you can easily do it with one person! The instructions were easy to read. Put on your gloves. (which fit well and seem pretty strong) Squeeze the tube of colour into the applicator bottle. Then I shook the bottle for 30 seconds and then snapped off the end of the bottle. I have a plastic bag ready to drop the colour tube, applicator and gloves when I'm finished so I don't mark the bathroom. The first thing I noticed that there is little to no smell using the Nutrisse. It's the first home hair dye I have used that is not offensive. Starting at my part and then making sure I have plenty around the root section I apply the colour. Due to long dark hair I put the majority of the colour on the top part of my hair and work to the ends. I found the amount was perfect for long hair. If I get any colour on my face, I wipe around with some shampoo on a wipe and this cleans my skin. I pile my hair ontop of my head and use big alligator clips so the hair stays in place. I set the timer and make my self a cup of tea! Sometimes I get a really itchy scalp from using hair-dyes but I didn't feel the need to itch and lasted 25mins before I washed off in the shower. In the instructions it mentioned before washing the colour off to emulsify the colour with a little bit of water. This is a great tip and I have never thought of doing it before. I did it for about 5 mins and then washed the colour off in the shower. I make sure that I wash it all off and when the water seems clear at my feet then I apply the conditioner. I love that they give you extra conditioner. I used 1/2 of the bottle on my hair. My hair immediately felt very silky and soft after hopping out of the shower. I made sure I dyed my hair using an old towel but was surprised as I didn't see any staining on the towel. I love the look of the colour and after a week it's still glossy as when I first dyed it. I love using this in conjunction with the Garner Avocado Enriched Mask makes my hair feel and look so soft. I love that it's a gentle dye, with little smell and the colour is amazing. I will definitely be repurchasing Garnier Nutrisse Crème3.23 - Dark Quartz (a shimmery dark brown).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Samantha_583 from Moisturising, natural hair colour that effectively colours greys I trialled the Garnier Nutrisse Crème Permanent Hair Colour in Shade 3 Espresso (Darkest Brown). My natural hair is black but I have grey roots that show up on the sides of my head and along my parting roughly every 3 weeks. With other brands, when I colour using black, my hair can look unnaturally dark, and when I colour using ‘dark/darkest brown’, the grey can go a golden colour and not match my existing hair at all! This was not the case with the Garnier Nutrisse in the Espresso shade. My colour was refreshed and my hair looked and felt natural! I applied the colour somewhere between options 1 and 2 – more than just my roots, but not right to the tips, being mindful of not having too much colour build up at the ends. I left the colour in for 35 mins in total as my hair can be quite resistant to colour. The formula itself was easy to mix and the consistency made colouring super easy without being too runny. I find nozzle application easy so I can target my parting specifically. The bottle easily covered by shoulder length hair. The smell was fruity and pleasant – a sweet scent rather than a strong chemical smell that some home colours have. The instructions were simple and clear. Espresso is a great rich colour for dark haired beauties wanting to get rid of those grey whilst still having a natural look. I’d say the grey coverage was 100%, especially compared to my last home colour experience that didn’t seem to work on the fine greys around my hairline. I used the conditioner and Garnier Nutrisse Avocado Enriched mask after colouring my hair. The mask has a gorgeous texture. The smell is slightly too sweet when you first apply it, but it washes off to a milder fragrance. The conditioner and mask left my usually slightly dry hair very soft, moisturised and easy to blow dry – a bonus as it was easy to achieve a smooth post-dried finish that was soft and natural. I’d recommend the Garnier Nutrisse Crème colour and the avocado mask to anyone looking to try a new home colour and treatment that achieve fresh and natural results with great grey coverage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ceelicious from Silky Epiphany! I was fortunate to be chosen to trial Garnier Nutrisse hair colour. The colour I chose was 9.13 Light Ash Beige Blonde. It has been such a pleasing surprise for me. I have been using the same colour of another product for years so I was a little nervous to use a different product, but happily I am thrilled with the results! Using the product was simple. The only part of the process I found a little fiddly was mixing the colourant with the developer... getting everything squeezed out of the tube without knocking the bottle over was slightly nerve wracking. Once that was done, the consistency of the creme made it a breeze to spread it through my hair, and to my surprise it had a pleasant fruity smell, with no strong chemical odour I was used to experiencing with previous products. After washing the colour out, I immediately saw that my greys were well covered. My hairdresser who cut my hair two days later commented that my hair colour looked great, felt silky, and what good coverage it had given me over all my hair. I feel fantastic with this new colour and have received so many compliments, even told I look much younger! I am definitely going to be using this colour in future.

After a long and exciting wait, my greys really needed covering. The colour I've been recommended for the trial is Tamarind, it looks a little too dark for me, but I’m going to have a go. I always colour my own hair so the process was pretty stock standard. When applying the colour to my hair I did notice that there was no hash chemical smell, which was great. The colour covered all my hair nicely, I have medium long, thick hair. Really easy to remove, only took a couple of minutes to rinse. I have found that other products take longer to rinse then the Garnier Nutrisse Creme Hair Colour. The end product was great, it was exactly my natural colour, all my greys were covered and my hair had the natural look. I would definitely use Garnier Nutrisse Creme Hair Colour again, but a lighter colour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Linda723 from Nutrisse equals effective and nourishing hair colour which equals confidence. I trialled Nutrisse Light Ash Beige Blonde. I was a little hesitant as the last attempt at colouring my dark blonde hair left me orange/caramel (not Nutrisse). On opening the box, it had a lovely fragrance. I followed the instructions exactly in regards to timing. I didn't experience any reactions/itching/redness during and after application of hair colour. I found the conditioner to be lovely, soft, sensual and wouldn't have been able to comb out my knots post hair colour without it. Conditioner had a gorgeous salon scent. Once I dried hair with hairdryer I was quite impressed. The greys around the sides were no longer grey, my dark blonde regrowths were now light beige blonde and the longer lengths were multi tonal ash blonde and light blonde. I was relieved it didn't go orange as before. Due to the length and thickness of my hair, I probably would've benefited from 2 boxes of Nutrisse. My hair felt nourished and the healthiest it's been in a long time. Very soft and a lovely salon smell. Overall, I was very impressed! I would definitely buy this brand and hair again. In fact, exactly the same product for future use. Nutrisse has changed my perception of self hair colouring. I have confidence now to colour my hair at home myself provided I use Garnier Nutrisse Creme.

Before even opening the package I could smell the unique Garnier fruity smell which I love. I normally dye my hair every 4-5 months because I have a few greys here and there, so I was very excited to try this colour. My hair is dark brown and I initially decided to get Creamy Coffee but the Garnier experts recommended that I pick the Tamarind colour. The directions were simple and straightforward. The dye itself smelled amazing, compared to other dyes I’ve used in the past that had pretty chemical smells. Love the fruity smell. Got my friend to apply it in my hair because I normally am a clumsy person, we managed to cover all my hair (med length fine hair). I didn’t do a patch test because I’ve used a Garnier dye before, it didn’t sting my scalp and it was quite nice. After washing, I used the conditioner and left it on my hair for another 10 mins before rinsing off. My hair smelled amazing and it felt super soft. After blow drying my hair I could see that my hair looked/felt more soft, well moisture and silky. However the hair colour was too dark on my hair, only the baby hairs looked prominently brown which was slightly disappointing because I really was wishing to get the brown colour showed on the hair colour guide on the box. However it covered my greys 100% without drying my hair which is amazing. Final thoughts- love the coverage, its amazing. The dye made my hair soft and silky. But when I buy this dye next time, I will go several shades lighter to get the brown I want. Overall a definitely a winner!!

The colour that I used was Blonde Aphrodite 9 Light Blonde. My hair looks so natural and feels silky-soft when you run your fingers through it. If you did not know me , you would think that this colour was my natural hair colour. Most hair dyes make your hair dry, but the Garnier Nutrisse actually does quiet the opposite. It gave my hair a rich ,vibrant, long-lasting colour that is silky, shinny and beautiful . It deeply nourishes the hair, so the hair can take the colour better , It also holds it longer to fully reveal and powerfully seal it. It is a perfect coverage for even your most stubborn grey hair . This hair dye comes in a white and green coloured box with the picture of a avocado and a picture of a women with the shade of hair colour chosen in the front . The box itself contains : 1) 60 ml Garnier Nutrisse Developer Crème plastic applicator bottle , 2) 40 ml Garnier Nutrisse Nourishing Crème tube , 3) 60 ml Garnier Nutrisse Colour Nourishing Conditioner treatment bottle with a new formula which is 50% bigger than before so you can get at least 3 or more use out of it to keep your coloured hair feeling silky-soft and nourished 4) 1 pair of gloves and application leaflet. Garnier Nutrisse's rich, non-drip colour crème was so easy to use . It is enriched with 3 oils and the ultra nutritive formula penetrates and deeply nourishes your hair while it colours and will last up to 8 weeks. After colouring, my hair became silky, shiny and deeply nourished . To protect my hair colour from fading , I used Garnier Nutrisse Avocado Enriched Nourishing mask after colouring my hair.
