This was no doubt brought on by the extensive public campaign to avoid unnecessary exposure to sunlight. My husband, who is from an English background, has extensive sun damage. I started taking a vitamin D supplement daily. Blackmores products are renowned for their efficacy, so I naturally turned to them. In a very short time my vitamin D levels were greatly improved. It is false economy to trust your health to questionable products. Blackmores never sacrifices product quality on the altar of price, and I know that they will do what they say.
