Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1 tablet a day I had low levels of vitamin d which was picked up in a blood test and my doctor asked me to start taking 1 of these Ostelin tablets per day. I take 1 after a meal with a full glass of water. They do have a gross smell but have no taste which is good. I find that my tummy tolerates them well and I don't have any soft of discomfort or side effect. Since taking these my levels have returned back to normal and although I don't feel any difference when I take these I know they are working due to my blood test results. They are always on sale at Chemist Warehouse so that's when I like to buy them. I usually get the 300 tablet bottle have been on these for a few years now.
