Rose-Hip Vital® with GOPO® is a scientifically and clinically tested plant-based anti-inflammatory and immune system support for joint health and general wellbeing. Directions

It certainly helps with the pain that I get in my hands and fingers. I stopped using it for a few weeks and learnt that it definitely worked and that I needed to take them !!So now wont be with out them. Started off with amount they recommend on the bottle. But after a month got it down to four tablets in the morning and four at night.
