My hair wasn't even that shiny either. I tried this product last week and ever since I've had smooth, shiny healthy hair and my dandruff is basically gone. And I'm even able to go a day without washing and my hair is still shiny and soft! Love this product.

The scent is a little overpowering but at least it leaves the bathroom smelling nice after use. The conditioner isn't heavy and doesn't weigh down my hair. I only used it on mid lengths to end as I don't usually use conditioner on my roots. Left feeling smooth and dries naturally without frizziness I haven't use head and shoulders for years and I'm impressed. Less dandruff but not 100% gone

As a person who's got issues related to dandruff and itchiness - I found this conditioner didn't irritate my scalp as the fragrance was distinct, which is hard for me to come by with other conditioners currently available that are within the same price point. The conditioner lathers up beautifully as well and I felt my hair was silky and fresh. I'll definitely continue to use this product, especially for its affordability and accessibility.

It has made my hair shiny and soft because it is highly nourishing, without becoming over oily or weighed down and limp. Although I don’t use this all over my scalp, I use it on certain spots that get overly dry (above ears, nape of my neck, from having my hair up all day), as well as the length and ends. I have noticed that my scalp doesn’t feel as tight because it is getting the extra nourishment that it needed. This also helps when using heat or styling tools, especially the split or damaged ends, as this conditioner helps to lock in the moisture. It has a nice fruity/floral scent, that feels very summery to me. It is light and sweet, without being too much. Great for anyone who wants to use it.

The Head & Shoulders Smooth & Silky Conditioner was no different and I enjoyed the product, pairing it with the shampoo. It left my hair feeling clean and smooth, and my scalp wasn't irritated. It definitely helped with any frizz. My ends however were slightly dry but I do have long fine hair which often requires extra love. The conditioner itself felt nice, the consistency was nice and thick (which I like in a conditioner) and the product fragrance was great – I didn't find it to be overpowering which can sometimes happen. The packaging is the standard Head & Shoulders style, which I find easy to use and convenient. The price point is very reasonable for the amount of product you receive. Overall I would recommend this product and I gave it 4 stars due to my ends being drier than normal.

With the cooler weather approaching I often begin to experience dryness of the scalp and frizzy hair, incorporating the smooth and silky conditioner has helped hydrate my hair and avoid the expected dryness and frizz. It has a great scent and almost instantly after applying my hair feels smooth and it is easy to comb through. It helps to detangle which makes it easier to comb hair and leaves my hair feeling really nice and soft which I love! My hair can be quite thin which often means products weigh down my hair but this product did not do that. It felt very light weight and didn't leave my hair feeling weighed down or greasy.

Historically, I've used other Head and Shoulders products as a fix when I get a seriously dry scalp but I loved trying this line! It smells really nice (which is always a bonus for a conditioner that DOES something) and it leaves your hair with a fresh scent especially when it's paired with the shampoo. I noticed that after using this with the shampoo my scalp was definitely less dry, and I had less flakiness. I was super excited to see that it's paraben free. I've been doing a lot of research and trying to avoid haircare that has parabens in it - so it's great to see that mainstream brands are getting on board and that there's a product that WORKS and is safer. Overall I would definitely re-purchase this product and the accompanying shampoo and would recommend it to others who also have a dryer scalp and suffer from dandruff or flakiness.
