I have tried everything, chapsticks, paw paw (3 types) another pharmacy menthol type lip gel, nothing worked. This instantly soothed my lips, and already saw and felt an absolute change after 2 applications. It's not sticky or heavy. And unlike the paw paw and other ones I've used, doesn't just sit on top of the skin, it actually absorbs so well and heals the skin on a deeper level.
