How & When should I use it?

The colour of the product was different to what it was previously, the texture, smell and effectiveness have also changed. It seemed watered down. Why mess with a brilliant product? I will be looking at other products since this is no longer what I'm after.

I couldn't believe it was NOT doing what the other product was DOING. Today I attended the Podiatrist on a regular visit and she was astounded my feet were in such a bad way after only a few short weeks.

The new tube (Bought Dec 2020) is watery yellowish in colour and gritty which feels horrible. The consistency disappears into the cracked skin and after 4 days consistent use I have not seen or felt much difference at all. Very different to the old formula where you could feel a difference almost immediately - very disappointing quality. Will not be buying again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Old Eulactol much better. Have used Eulactol (non Gold) for years for very good results. When the Gold product was introduced, tried that thinking that it would be a superior product. Found it to be runny, and ineffective. Went back to original Eulactol, and my heels have continued to improve. Went to buy a new tube, and now find that only the Gold product is available. Will now have to look for a new product, as I am not going to go back to the Gold. Must admit, that when Scholl bought the Eulactol brand, it went through my mind that they would not keep both products on the shelf. A few years later, the prediction has come true. I wonder if the Dr Scholl company reads these comments, and if they do, if they would respond to their customer's negative reviews? I suspect not. Perhaps if their bottom line suffers they will bring back the old Eulactol product that their customers want.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Recipe changed The heel balm gold has been changed Instead of moisturizer the heel it’s drying it out and now I have major cracks that are bleeding I used this product For year’s Now it is complete garbage. I mean a you took a good product and ruined it. You can see the product I have used for last 4 days On day 1 the crack was very minor and the heel was dry Now on day 4 the heel is way dryer, you can see the yellowing on the heel. the crack has increased in size Doubled and the heel is dried out to the point it hurts when walking. This product did work before the recipe change and now it amplifies problems instead of help. Heel balm gold is now watery and not Thick Is harder to Apply because it runs off the foot when it comes to body temp. I am changing to lanolin oil cream That is already making a massive improvement in 1 day
