I've never had such awesome excellent results with removing eye make-up with such ease like I have with this product. This product did not cause any skin irritations what so ever and most of all it does not have an oily texture which is usually left behind on your skin from other eye make-up removers that I've used previously in the past. It doesn't sting or burn your eyes and I found to be very gentle on my sensitive skin.

I have tried quite a few different eye makeup removers (including oil-based ones and micellar waters), but they have all stung my eyes at least a bit. This one does not sting my eyes or the skin around my eyes, and I have very sensitive skin. I have had no irritation and really appreciate that this has no fragrance. I feel like it has done a great job removing both waterproof and non-waterproof mascara, as well as eyeliner. Highly recommend trying if you have sensitive skin and struggle with other makeup removers!

It is by far the best eye make up remover I've ever tried and I have been using it for over 13-15 years now. It feels oily but is not sticky or goey and does not contain oil which is amazing for my skin. Realisticly 3-4 wipe strokes removes almost if not all of my mascara, waterproof or not. Genuinely the best make up secret that everyone should know.

Simply shake the bottle and apply to a cotton pad and it gently removes your eye makeup, i then washed my eyes with warm water and my skin is left feeling soft and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very familiar with the Neutrogena skincare range, I've used their fresh foaming cleanser for years so I was really excited to trial their eye makeup remover as a complimentary step with removing my makeup. It's very easy to apply, I just soak a cotton pad with the remover and let it sit on top of my eye makeup for a couple of seconds and it easily swipes away any residual makeup the cleanser didn't pick up. I've also tested it with waterproof mascara as well and it's very effective at breaking down all the mascara without leaving any sticky residue nor leaving any cloudiness in my eye sight like some eye makeup removers tend to do. I'm very impressed with how much it's able to remove without excessively tugging on my eyes and glad I got to be apart of this trial as it's something I would purchase in the future as a great addition to removing all my makeup!

I wear waterproof mascara everyday and finding a makeup remover that actually removes my makeup with ease has been a struggle, but this product does just that. It completely dissolves the mascara and leaves you with a clean base. I definitely prefer it over the wipes because I find the wipes tug and pull and don't do a proper job. Another thing to mention, although it says it is oil-free, there is still an oily type substance on top which you have to shake before using, so this is not a lazy type product which you don't have to wash off because it leaves a bit of residue. Please also note, the small size doesn't come with a spout that assists with pouring the product out, it is just open, whereas the larger 200ml bottle does. So if you have an issue with that I definitely recommend the larger bottle.

I like how it's gentle on the eyes. tip: if you're wearing a lot of makeup, let the cotton pad (that's soaked with this makeup remover) sit on your eyes to melt the makeup a bit. Then gently wipe to see all the makeup melt away!
