General Information

LACTEEZE contains lactase enzymes to assist the digestion of lactose in dairy products. Lacteeze provides effective relief of wind, bloating and digestive discomfort associated with lactose intolerance. Lacteeze tablets are specifically formulated for mild to moderate lactose intolerance. Simply take 1 - 2 tablets just before consuming food containing lactose. Lacteeze contains no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. It is yeast, dairy, gluten, egg and nut free. Certified Kosher. Strength: 4,000 ALU. • Lacteeze tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole. • Mild peppermint flavour. • Safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. • Free from artificial colours and preservatives. • Nut, egg, dairy and gluten free. Certified Kosher. • Trial size packs available.

Warnings

If symptoms persist consult your health professional. If diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours in adults seek medical advice. Not to be used in the management of dairy allergies. Contains glucose. Lacteeze does not need to be refrigerated. Store below 25?. Do not freeze.

Common Uses

Lacteeze is recommended for: • Lactose intolerance • Lactose malabsorption • Inability to digest lactose in dairy • Gas, bloating, abdominal cramps and diarrhoea associated with the digestion of dairy.

Ingredients

Dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, Lactase (4,000 ALU), calcium stearate and natural mint flavour.

Directions

Chew or swallow 1-2 Lacteeze tablets just before consuming dairy. Adjust the dose to suit your individual needs. Lacteeze should be taken every time you consume dairy products.

Just 2 tablets and you can eat any dairy that you like. Terrific if you want to have a Magnum. I am always astounded that so many people who do suffer with lactose intolerance don't know about them. I spread the word around whenever I meet another fellow sufferer.

It has changed our lives, so that we don't suffer extremes of condition when we cannot, or choose not to, avoid Dairy products. Great for when dining out with friends, or when cafe's don't have Lactose or dairy free options. We carry a bottle each with us always!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from seriously reduces the stres of eating out! For myself lactose intolerance came on gradually over a couple of years. Honestly I thought I was just getting "old man gut". It actually took a long time to realise this is what was causing it - I mean, how much milk do you drink? a splash in coffee, a pizza here and there. Since then I've really been missing out on my food (and coffees), just sticking to lactose free milk and creamer. These tablets have changed everything. I can have a large latte again without clearing a room! I still use lactose free milk at home and limit what I eat when out, but for coffees, pizzas, creamy foods these are a godsend. Just remember that you have to take enough enzyme to break down all the lactose before.. well you know. That means you still need to be sensible - don't take one tablet and then gulp down a litre of milkshake daring your system to work. If you know it has a relatively high dairy contact, take an extra one. For me large milk coffees were always my nemesis as I don't typically eat or drink anything else around the same time of day, so I take 2 with my mid morning coffee as a guideline. 120 tabs last me about 2.5 months for example.

Before I found these i would have to mske sure a toilet was near by and then be embarrassed by my explosion but now I don't need to worry. I have 1 chewable tablet 1 few minutes before i start comsuming and i don't have any issues anymore.

I love dairy and without these tablets I wouldn't be able to eat dairy and soy milk & soy ice cream just isn't the same. Would recommend these to any lactose intolerant person!

Over time it has also built up a bit of my tolerance and I don't need to take the medication as often or as much as i did originally. I had very severe reactions to lactose and had to take 3 tablets with everything I ate. Now I only take one with most things. This is a must have product to make life so much easier for lactose intolerant people!
