Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointong I've had these in my shoes for a few days and have maybe worn them about 4 times and 1 heel shield has completely unstuck and lost all of it's adhesive. They have been great and done their job but now have lost it's glue and are unusable. Bit of a waste of money for me as I'd need to buy them weekly if this happens each time.
