I take the 2000 strength tablet because it gives me a little bit more "boost" in my everyday life. It is good value when compared with other brands as well.

As I am wheelchair bound and the bonus was the mental clarity as well. I have used this brand for quite a few years now. I would recommend it for anyone with similar situation.

I usually take one in the morning with water. Some days when my brain needs to work harder I take them 2-3 times per day (in the morning and at lunch time). I have been taking them on and off for a few years. It is something that I like to take often because I think it does help.

I have been in chronic pain for ten years and this effects my concentration considerably, Ginko Biloba helps me focus on the issues at hand, I can plan a schedule for bill payments, necessary appointments, etc. Yes, I definitely feel that Ginko Biloba helps focus through the distracting effects of pain.

This Cenovis one is small and smooth and so easy to swallow - esp if taking other tablets at the same time. This is the only brand I will ever buy because it seems as though they actually think about the customer.
