General Information

Scholl Verruca and Wart Remover Kit removes verrucas and warts in as little as 1 treatment

Scholl Freeze Verruca & Wart Remover Kit is for the treatment of common warts and verrucas & works by rapidly freezing the wart or verruca.

How to use: Attach applicator to the white plastic cap of can and press down the dispensing button for 5 seconds. The applicator should be applied to the centre of the wart or verruca for 40 seconds, but no longer.

Suitable For: Use on adults and children's aged 4+

Easy to Use - 5 Simple Steps

YOU MUST READ THE INSTRUCTION LEAFLET CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.
Have a household timer available to time your treatment, as it is essential to time accurately to ensure safe and effective treatment.

1. Select the most appropriate applicator bud (based on size of wart/verruca) and attach it to the white plastic cap, by firmly pushing it into the larger opening on the end as shown.

2. Place the can upright on a covered table or other sturdy surface. Do not hold the can near your face, over parts of your body or clothing. Place the cap on the can as shown, so that the applicator buds sits in the clear plastic shield on the side of the can, When using the product, use in a well-ventilated area, with no ignition source or near a source of heat.

3. Keeping the can upright and holding as shown, press the cap firmly down for 5 seconds. Do not hold the plastic shield. '

4. Remove the cap from the can, with the applicator bud still attached. Do not let any liquid come into contact with your skin and do not hold can near your eyes. You MUST wait for 15 seconds, holding the bud pointing downwards, before applying to the verruca or wart. This allows the liquid to collect at the bottom of the applicator bud, and reach the freezing temperature required for effective treatment.

5. Ensure the verruca or wart to be treated is facing upwards. Keeping the applicator bud pointing straight down, lightly place the tip of the bud on the centre of the verruca or wart for 40 seconds.

USAGE ADVICE

Do not apply for longer than 40 seconds. Do not dab. Discard the applicator bud after a single use.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool place. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50oC/122oF.

Could see the effects although the instructions were a bit complicated at first to follow so make sure you read carefully before applying. Would recommend to family and friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No results yet but still very impressed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied the freezing solution as instructed (it stung like hell but expected it so not too bad). 7 days later, the verruca I applied it to has not changed, apart from a small amount of skin flaking/discolouration. At first I was disappointed as I thought this was a very simple way to get rid of warts etc at home, and it takes away the fear of it somehow, being able to do it yourself. After reading the instructions again, I see that verrucas are harder to treat, and may take a few applications before results appear. So I am waiting another week to try again! Am I able to redo this review after that? I believe I will have better results once this verruca knows I mean business. I really am impressed by the product, the structure of the can's internal freeze system and simple application. I wish I had more positive things to say about this so I hope you will allow me to enter my review once I reapply. Thanks for your time.

The instructions on the back of the box are very detailed and easy to follow which is a great seller for a product like this. The insructions are a little complex and i had to read through several times but once i felt confident i followed as instructed and was able to succesfully apply the quite cold applicaiton to my affected area (bottom of my foot) It was a very strange feeling but not much different to what the GP does so easier to deal with each time i applied. Be prepaared however if never used anytign like this befor eas it is a real weird sensation or least thats what i found. Happy however with the results - not gone completley but feels better after each applicaiton.

The product was easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. It involved using a pressurised can of liquid nitrogen to saturate an applicator which resembled a cotton bud. This saturated applicator is then placed on the wart and held for 40s. It has been 1 week since application and the area has started to dry up but as on yet the wart is still there. Admittedly, this was bigger wart than usual so I am assuming it will take more than 1 treatment. Overall, I think this product is worthwhile as a first step. If the problem in too great, then I suggest going to a podiatrist.

I found using the kit quite easy and simple. There is a bit of discomfort, but after a few moments it eases. I can see that the product is working. Best thing is that you can do it in your own time and in private. There are many applicator tips in the pack, so that you can use it many times over. That's a benefit if you have recurring ones and if you have a few people in your family that may suffers from them too. I would recommend the Scholl Verruca and Wart Complete Freeze Remover Kit to anyone that suffers from warts. Quick and simple.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not great for deeper-set warts [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how compact this kit is, yet it contains everything you need to cater for a wide range of wart shapes and sizes. It comes with several individually shaped and sized applicator tips to ensure you can treat according to your own personal needs. The instructions are also very thorough and ensure the entire process is carried out safely and with ease. I treated a rather flat, stubborn wart at the bottom of my heel, and the process was rather simple and quick. Minimal discomfort too, though I must say the results haven't been too pleasing. I am still stuck with the wart several days later after treatment. It did not dry out of fall off, that said, it was a rather flat ingrown sort of wart. I'd imagine this product would work much better on raised warts and verrucas and things like skin tags, as they are not beneath the skin. I would highly recommend this product for those sorts of ailments, but not for anything that is deeper set, flatter and more ingrown.

It's a little early to tell yet how effectively it is treating my verrucas, but they were quite extensive so it will not be a quick fix. I think I will need multiple applications and time.

I am half way through treatment, they suggest applying it once every two weeks for for a total of 4 treatments. It seems to be working. It is so easy to use and apply. There is no pain, hoping it will clear it up in a few more weeks.

However I am yet to see the results of it 'blistering' and falling off. At the time of application it seemed to work well but I feel I may need to re do the process again to see if I get the full results and hopefully finally goodbye to my verruca forever.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing results Unfortunately this product was not very effective on planter warts, one on my hand and one on my foot, although it blistered it did not remove the warts even after 3 applications, it had no effect what so ever on a veruca on my foot. I have had better results previously from using a similar product from Warner.
