Sudafed PE Nasal Decongestant is ideal for temporary relief of blocked or runny noses. Get relief from sinus pressure and congestion by reducing swollen nasal passages.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective Decongestant I bought these tablets before going on holidays, as I'm prone to horrible earaches when flying and the doctor always recommends starting decongestants the day before and day of flying. I like these, as most others automatically also come with paracetamol as well, which I don't need. Since I started doing this, I've had almost no problems flying. As a bonus, if I ever do get blocked/painful sinuses, I can continue to use them and just add some paracetamol myself as needed. Not quite as effective as the prescription decongestants, but a very good substitute.
