Rated 5 out of 5 by from A small amount makes a huge difference [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product as part of the Aveeno trial in June 2022. The 100g hand cream was presented in a handy-sized tube with a simple and secure flip top lid, located at the base. Similar to other Aveeno Active Naturals products, this cream was made with colloidal oatmeal, was fragrance free, and was said to hydrate skin for 24 hours. From the first time of using the cream, only a small amount was needed to moisturise the hands completely, which was convenient as the content was dispensed via a small nozzle of the tube. The cream was made at the right texture, not too heavy or lightweight, and as a result absorbed quickly leaving the hands looking fresh, smooth, and clean, with no evidence that cream had been applied. As an added bonus, even after washing the hands, their appearance remained unchanged. Despite having hand cream in the title, the product was also recommended for use on other parts of the body that experienced dry skin, such as the elbows and feet. After testing the cream on these areas, similar to the hands, the skin felt softer and looked moisturised. On top of being affordable, long lasting, and available at various outlets, I would be happy to purchase this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soothes and moisturises my hands [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this handcream to trial and liked the natural aspects of it. The tube is quite wide and has a foil seal. It contains oatmeal which is a ingredient known for it's skin soothing qualities. It's not really creamy and glycerin is listed second on the ingredients list, I felt it had a creamy gel consistency. It soaks into my hands easily and leaves them feeling coated and protected as well as moisturised. It claims to last through washing and moisturise for 24 hours, I think it lasts through a few washes and leaves my hands feeling moisturised for a long time but probably not as long as 24 hours. It's not scented because added fragrances can irritate sensitive skin. This is a very natural product that works well to soothe dry irritated skin, no-frills and hardworking, and I would recommend using it if you have seriously dry or irritated hands.

I found this product was very effective for extremely dry skin and improving skin texture. I admit I have been not only using the product on the hands, but also the elbows. The cream is non-greasy, easily absorbed, ultra hydrating, nourishing, soothing and lightweight. The natural colloidal oatmeal is very soothing to irritated hands. The product is wonderfully fragrance free. I have found that even with hand sanitising and hand washing numerous times throughout the day, the product still performs well. I will be using this product longterm - A little certainly goes a long way. I found the skin was hydrated after the first time use. I've found the design of the tube allows the perfect amount of product to be dispensed, depending on your needs. The product performs well without being transferred onto every surface your touch. I was pleasantly surprise by just how well the product was absorbed. This product is certainly a handbag staple!

The Aveeno Intense Hand Cream is coming in a nice easy to use package. The cream is nice and easy to apply. Quickly absorbed and left the skin well hydrated and soft even in this cold weather . The cream leaves the Hand soft and hydrated the whole day. Easy to apply, not grease, with nice settled smell. Ideal for dry/sensitive skin. I will definitely buy it again and highly recommend to use on dry/ irritated skin.

I am a healthcare worker so I am constantly using hand sanitisers so my hands are usually dry to the point where my fingers are sometimes cracking! I’ve always known Aveeno to be an amazing brand that soothes and moisturises, but I didn’t know this particular hand cream existed! Biggest plus for me is the fact that it lasts through hand washing! The formula is really nice upon application - non stick, no slippery feel, fragrance free and soothing. Throughout the day I find myself reapplying as needed because I love the feeling of it on my hands. Needless to say I will be using this lots in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing hand cream [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Aveeno trial team and this is definitely my pick of the bunch, as far as favourite products from the trial go. This is a highly effective hand cream, applies beautifully and actual does what it claims it will do. Although it's unfragranced, to me it smells just slightly of bitter almond, which I actually love. I suspect it's actually the smell of the colloidal oatmeal, which is a key ingredient in this cream, alongside the emollients. Glycerin is the second ingredient listed, known for hydrating and moisturising properties. This is both emollient and a barrier cream, with dimethicone helping to lock in the hydration and moisture, and creating a barrier against water loss. I have very dry, eczema prone hands and this cream has been keeping my skin beautifully soft and supple, even through copious hand-washing. Highly recommended.

Pretty impressive! It is not too thick and lightweight creamy but with a texture that is more like a light balm, and does not leave any greasy residue. There is no obvious fragrance. The tube is of a decent quantity and the little hole it is dispenses through allows me to accurately control the amount I want. A little bit of it goes a long way. I love how balanced my hands feel immediately after.

Aveeno hand cream comes in a flip top tube that is easy to dispense without any mess. Only a small amount of hand cream is needed. After just one use my hands were more hydrated than they are with my ‘usual’ brand that is much more expensive. After a few weeks of once daily use my hands are so much smoother and softer than before and no more splits in my fingers. There is no fragrance and the cream absorbs instantly with no greasy residue. This is now without a doubt my go to hand cream.

You get quite a decent amount in the tube compared with other hand creams and it really does last as a little goes a long way. It is of quite a dense gel/cream consistency and has next to no scent being fragrance-free. It feels quite rich on the hands without being greasy and readily absorbs into the skin, immediately providing soothing hydration and added protection throughout the day. I found my hands weren't left anywhere near as dry and irritated at the end of the day just by using this hand cream in the mornings and at night. A really great product for those that are frequently washing their hands and working in water! Also great for eczema & psoriasis as it deeply hydrates and soothes without any irritation. I really appreciated the tiny opening in the lid too as this allows for less wastage when using the product and also keeps the bottle cleaner so that no gunk collects in the lid. A staple in my daily routine now, just a great product and terrific value too.

My hands are constantly dry from hand-washing. Whether dishes-no judgement, kids, clothes, shoes, this cream cures my hand dryness and what is even better is that it actually still continues to moisturise even after I have washed my hands. I have never experienced a hand cream that actually stays on, without feeling greasy, after washing my hands! I keep this hand cream close by at all times and even my kids have begun to use it. It contains natural colloidal oatmeal which actually sooths dry hands and helps them stay moisturised and comfortable.

There wasn't a super noticeable or memorable scent. The product comes sealed. It is in a squeeze tube. I like the Aveeno design. It's simple and the colour is nice. The first time I used it, it balled on my hand a little. I enjoyed this product. It hydrated my hands. A little bit goes a long way. It took a while to absorb in and has a silky texture. My hands did feel hydrated for a decent amount of time but once I wash my hands, I have to reapply.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best hand cream I have bought this several times, which to me is an indicator of its quality. I wash my hands a lot so they are pretty much chronically dry. I've used many hand lotions over the years and this one has to be up there with the top. It's extremely moisturizing without being too thick or leaving hands greasy. It absorbs very well which is great because you don't have to wipe off excess product or deal with slippery hands. At the same time, it's not too thin and moisturizes extremely dry hands better than other lotions meant for the body. Finally, I love that this product isn't perfumed or containing fragrance. It's good for people who are sensitive to scents (or are around those who are sensitive to them). Great product and would highly recommend.

It is fragrance free…. has this slight medicinal smell that fragrance free products have. (I wouldn’t mind a tiny bit of fragrance though.) It is a tiny tiny bit greasy. I use it at night and massage it well into the skin. I then blot my palms gently with a tissue so I can go about doing my work (which is basically using my mobile phone ) My hands feel so soft and smooth in the morning. The best part is that it is very affordable. I bought it over the weekend for just $4 something on sale, from @priceline. I highly recommend it and will be definitely buying it again.
