This dietary supplement delivers a convenient one-a-day dose of important nutrients for healthy foetal development. This easy-to-swallow tablet contains iodine and folic acid for women during pre-conception and pregnancy. Adults: Take one tablet once a day. Take with food.

These tablets always keep the folic levels in my body to the optimum level. The vitamins with iron did not suit me that makes my morning sickness worst. My doctor prescribed this Blackmores I-Folic to replace the old one. When I start taking this vitamins, it makes me feel better.
