Directions

In a shaker, add one 40g sachet to 200ml of chilled water and shake to dissolve. Drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portions should be discarded, it should not be stored for use at a later time. One serve of the Optislim VLCD shake can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the VLCD range.
To achieve a healthy weight it is important you live a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy many of Optislim’s other products, the bars in particular. The vanilla shake flavour is odd. I find I need to add something extra to improve the flavour. The shake is thin in consistency too. I prefer a thicker shake. Others might find the flavour ok.

Tried mixing in some coffee powder to make it more palatable, may have to try blending in something more powerful to mask the salt. Flavour wise, it's horrible BUT it does mix well and keeps me full.

This version of Optislim does NOT mix well at all and leaves lumps, and tastes like plaster. Chocolate is better tasting and does mix better. But over all Platinum version works and tastes better for me.

It sucks cause I really wanted to tolerate it but there is no way I'd be able to. Going back to chemist warehouse tonight where I will see if I can return it even though I've have 1 shake :(
