I used to use Listerine daily, which is my preferred brand, but I use it now only a few times a week if I feel I am in need of a freshen up. A bottle of Plax was in a sample kit given to me by my dentist. The taste is minty and slightly underwhelming. I enjoy the 'sting' of mouth washes, which this one does not have, so for me this one doesn't give me that clean feeling - though I think in terms of oral hygiene, being in pain from a mouthwash is not a sign it is working properly! I didn't feel as though my mouth was healthier than other brands after using this. I think it is a good choice in a pinch if there is nothing else, but I wouldnt buy this after trying the sample.

It is very mild, so it suitable for everyone. It is fresh and minty, and leaves a pleasant sensation in your mouth. Just a small amount is needed, and you can use it twice a day to day to keep your whole mouth and teeth healthy. It helps keeps your breathe fresh, reduces tartar and leaves your teeth feeling cleaner and fresher. A good value mouthwash which is often on special so it is great to pick some up and keep your breathe fresher for longer.
