Directions

Apply morning and/or evening with a cotton pad to face after removing makeup with the Eau Thermale Avène Gentle Milk Cleanser. No rinsing required. Silicates are particles that settle at the bottom of the bottle; the toner is thus two-phase so the bottle must be shaken before each use.

My son had given me the La Mer toner, but it is very costly and would not buy again. I probably would buy the Avene Toner again.
