Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am not a fan of this new product..!! I have been using Colgate dental floss for more years than I can remember. I am not liking this new product. It seems thicker which makes it harder to get between my teeth and I have perfect teeth.! It gets stuck between my teeth, and I have a hard time removing it without it shredding I never thought I'd switch to another brand, if I may have no other option as this new product of yours just isn't working for me.!

It shred a bit less than the previous version but was still way too slippery to hold once it got the slightest bit of saliva on it. Also too thick. Too difficult to use so I won't be buying it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible dental floss I bought a new floss thinking that there should have been a problem with the batch in the last one that I bought, but I see the same problems with this new one. It seems that the wax process failed completely. The floss is not smooth and the wax is crumbling, leaving pieces of it everywhere. It is shredding easily and it gets stuck between my teeth, making it very hard to remove it. I don't know what is happening, but the quality of the product went from 10 to 0.
