Formulated with quality ingredients, it delivers a high dose (301.5 mg) of magnesium to support your heart and nervous system health. It also includes two forms of magnesium and extra nutrients, including vitamins B6 and D3. If you need relief from muscle cramps, tension and stiffness, adults should take 1 tablet , once a day.

The only Blackmores powdered magnesium product now available has many other additives and the taste was not pleasant. The tablet is ok, but it with food to avoid after taste.
