I’ve been using it for two weeks, twice daily and my feet have got perhaps 10% better. I emailed the company and they confirmed that they changed the formulation. They said there was nothing wrong with the product so wouldn’t give a refund. Don’t buy! Platinum heel balm is supposed to be good so I’ll be trying that next.
