It was a cold snowless Australian winter, I have just returned from my home country, from summer.One Sunday afternoon, I have decided to keep warm and bring the memory of my home back. I baked mushroom pies to warm and liven up the kitchen, opened a bottle of Marsala and sprayed on Maroussia. It was ardent love affair that still lasts! First, a bit sharp, like a slap on the face, sultry florals. Then blackcurrant. Yes, summer bushes from my Mum's garden, all at once-spring fresh baby leaves, buds, branches we use for tea at times, at last, berries i picked in a jar secured with the belt on my waist. And finally, deep concentration of blackcurrant jam, rich, deep burgundy, with a tart taste that comes from the skin. Later, Maroussia has settled with the freshly lacquered wooden cabinet cherry timber scent.

As well as being a great price it's also long lasting which is what you want in a perfume, even some of my expensive perfumes don't last the whole day, you won't regret this purchase!

At least 20years ago this perfume came out it was very expensive, very nice, and very much a highly rated scent. Clean, floral and spicy tones are crisp and elegant. An all day anytime scent that draws compliments.
