Blackmores Folate is a source of folic acid which helps prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and anencephaly when trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Blackmores Folate is a convenient one a day dose of folic acid for use in preconception and the first trimester in pregnancy. It assists in healthy red blood cell production, supporting general health and wellbeing. Folate can also be taken as a supplement for those whose diet may not provide adequate folic acid levels.
