My sleep is usually pretty broken, I’d wake up multiple times a night usually because of a nightmare or unusual dream. I’d end up with less than 5 hours of sleep and be exhausted the next day. After taking 2 of these capsules every night for the last 2 weeks, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my quality of sleep. I fall asleep easier, I don’t have vivid dreams and I get 8-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I feel much more alert in the morning now!
