Ingredients

Flavour, Polyethylene, Ethylene/VA Copolymer, Microcrystalline Wax, Ethylene/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Sodium Saccharin, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate.

Directions

Gripping the handle firmly, insert floss between teeth and work gently up and down each tooth surface and along the gum line. Repeat until all interdental spaces are cleaned. When using the pick, clean the interdental spaces with 3-4 gentle forward and backward movements.

As a long-time user of Plackers floss, this is very different to use. The floss string is strong enough which is the same like Plackers but the holder looks flimsy for me. Though it's useful to be lightweight, I feel Plackers is a bit sturdier. Though the pack says it's mint-flavoured, I couldn't feel it.

The product boasts a shred resistant design and this is true! The handle is ergonomic and the pick is very useful. The mint flavour wax coating is minimal however… I will purchase in the future. A really good quality product.

The main things I like are the fact that the floss picks were mint flavoured and are made of recyclable plastic. Other than that, it's very similar to generic floss picks.

It had a pleasant mint taste when used, and the pointy end was a good thickness to fit in between teeth for food removal. The piece of floss was not fixed tight enough, so it was difficult to get in-between teeth. It also became more loose after use.

I do prefer tape rather than string though. Packaging is not suitable - cardboard is no good for bathroom wet areas and it feels a little unhygienic. A plastic container or packet that can be resealed would be great. Or a container on a redemption scheme. Also, a something that I could take in my handbag to use on the go would be good. Like a little plastic sheath. Kids found them very easy to use!

The floss itself is strong enough and the right length and thickness to provide a good clean between the teeth. The handle is very soft so it tends to bend too much when inserting between teeth that are tight together and when using the pointy end on teeth of gums the handle and the point bend too much to be effective. The cheaper home brand picks I usually use have a more rigid handle and wor better

It's easy to use and the floss does not get stuck like dental floss. The plastic tip at the end is useful and handy but could be better if it was firmer to get into hard to reach places.

The pick at the end is a good size to get in between your teeth and flexible enough to do so. The only problem I found with it was that the handle of the floss are was extremely Flexible and you Cannot really hold onto the handle of the flosser, but had to hold onto main part/head of the flosser, as the handle was overly flexible

It does as described, it is a floss pick that reaches hard to reach areas in the mouth. It is shred resistant, occasionally I would find some shredding but that could be due to my permanent wire. This is the only nit pick I had regarding the product. I find it awesome that it is made from recycled materials. I do recommend this product and I would continue to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally use a water flosser so my expectations for these were fairly low given how good a job the water does. I tested these out on a number of occasions but the biggest test was after my daily smoothie with blueberries, chia seeds and lots of other things that end up in my teeth. Gave these a go before brushing my teeth and then after brushing I used the water floss as a way to see how much the floss pick left behind. There was NOTHING left! Fairly impressive in my view. They are easy to use and most certainly do the job. My only issue with them is the plastic. Yes it's recycled but it's still single use plastic that is more than likely going to end up on landfill. I can't see too many people collecting their dirty floss picks to Terracycle eventually. There are plastic alternatives out there so would love to see Colgate put some effort into exploring better choices here. While I found them convenient and effective I probably wouldn't buy them just for that reason.

The handle is easy to grip and whilst it was also easy to use I did find occasionally the flosser got caught between some of my gaps causing a bit of tension trying to get it out as compared to a string of floss. My partner had no issues and quite liked it. Overall it’s a great concept but i will be sticking to my regular string floss.

I love that they’re made from recycled plastic and were very durable. I used one each morning and night after brushing my teeth. The floss never broke however it did shred/fray upon first use each time. I was always able to use just the one pick floss for my entire mouth and never had the issue of the floss breaking completely. I would use this product again, however, it would depend on the price as I’m unsure it would be worth the value as my floss never shreds or frays. You could lightly taste the mint on the floss which was a nice touch to add to the product.

It has a nice minty flavour and is easy to operate. It is nice and portable and I have one in my work lunch bag for those emergencies. For me the handle is a little too flexible, I prefer a more rigid handle as it bends too much when I’m trying to get things out of my teeth. Overall a good product.

It was great for cleaning between my teeth, and most useful for flossing my kids teeth, who normally don't allow me to floss their teeth with normal dental floss at all. I would recommend this product to everyone. It makes flossing not only easy, but quick and cleaner with an easy to hold handle while you floss.

These are great if you want to be able to floss with only one hand. The actual floss in the pick is great, it doesn’t fray at all and has a subtle mint flavour.
