It has a nice, fresh scent and leaves my hair feeling noticeably smoother and more manageable. Unlike the shampoo, which I found to be just okay, the conditioner really helps with hydration and softness. While I didn’t see a major difference in my hair color, it does add a nice shine and makes my hair feel healthier. If you’re looking for a conditioner that helps with softness and detangling, this one is a good choice. However, if you’re expecting a big color-enhancing effect, it might not deliver dramatic results. Still, it pairs well with the leave-in treatment for even better results.

The smell is divine. I have blonde frizzy hair and this conditioner was fabulous. It coated my hair beautifully with not a lot of product. Left my hair feeling so silky and smooth, and after styling with the spray, my hair looked and felt wonderful. The only thing that detracts me from replacing my normal conditioner and buying it from now on is the price. It is a small bottle so expensive in that respect. If it’s on sale or in a bundle pack I’ll definitely buy again.

I loved how my hair felt after washing, detangled and easy to brush with a great shine. Salon quality conditioner only downfall was it left my hair feeling a little heavy afterwards but it was also very beneficial for strengthening my hair. The PH balanced formula kept colour looking fresh and reduced dullness after a few washes. Excellent conditioner and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to keep vibrant colour while creating healthier softer hair between washes.

I have very fine hair, coloured and dry. A little amount goes a long way, applying to wet hair at the ends only. The product had a nice scent and didnt strip my colour. The whole system used together is what gave the results, I found that post heat activation, my hair was soft, felt silky and shiny. The products did not weigh my hair down, it was light and bouncy. Too much made my hair clump together. I left the conditioner on a little longer than recommended and found that to improve the hydration of my hair. The flip top bottle design made it easy to travel with and no spillage in the luggage.

I've recently chopped my hair into a chic french bob, and while shorter hair is generally regarded as lower maintenance, the additional heat styling required has started to take its toll. After consistent use my hair was much smoother and more hydrated, whether air dried naturally or properly blow dried. The formula is super rich and hydrating, but also brilliantly weightless, which I loved - best of both worlds. When I had time I also left it on for longer and used as a mini-mask. I loved the scent, and also really enjoyed doing using all three products in the range together, knowing they were working in tandem, While it's a more expensive conditioner than most, you absolutely get what you pay for. I would repurchase.

The smell is pleasant and the texture is not super thick, or terribly runny - like goldilocks' porridge, just right. While I love the glossiness after use, I didn't find it terribly hydrating for my hair, and was concerned that my hair was left a little dry - however, this was entirely resolved after using the heat protectant spray. Overall, very effective!

This has helped my hair feel so much more healthier after dying it, gives it that nice silky smooth soft feeling where usually my hair will be abit flat and dry after having it dyed. My colour is still quite vibrant and hasn’t lost that glossy shine when you first dye your hair. It has a pleasant smell, and a little goes a long way. This conditioner is definitely a product I would recommend and will be purchasing in the future.

I tried each individually and all 3 products together and hands down the most gloss comes when I used all 3. That being said, I accidentally used too much Heat Protection Leave-In Spray Treatment the first couple of times using it, and it left my hair super greasy and needing to be washed straight away. But once I realised - omg the shine and gloss my hair was giving, it was gorgeous. The conditioner made my hair feel sooooo soft when I was washing it. I did notice my hair drying sometimes to a cute wave which I don't always get. I thought the smell was divine. It is a little expensive for me but if money wasn't an issue, I would purchase again.

The packaging looks great in the bathroom with the gloss black and pink label. I liked the smell of all 3 products, not too heavy scent. The conditioner was a nice thick texture and went through my hair easily. It rinsed out nicely and left my hair feeling light, not weighed down with product. A comb ran through my hair ok after drying, but was better when I used the leave in spray also. My hair dried with lots of body, but not frizzy. I have fine hair that is blonde and after using these 3 products I thought my hair had a nice bright level of shine, without looking greasy, which is great for summer. Overall nice shampoo, however the only negative for me is that at $55 for the conditioner alone, it is more than I would typically spend.

For someone who has very dry and frizzy hair this does wonders to my hair. It made my hair feel soft and less frizzy. The shine also is very shiny and bouncy. The scent also smells rich and fresh. Not too strong but just enough to be smelled even after rinsing. One thing i do not like about the product is the packaging. The shampoo and conditioner bottle is the same. It only differs on the background color in the label. I always have to do a double take to make sure i am getting the conditioner and not the shampoo again.

The conditioner adds shine, and the leave-in spray gives that extra hydration my ends need. But if I am specifically talking about conditioner, it isn’t super moisturizing, and it leaves my hair ends a bit dry. Apart from that this conditioner actually makes my hair look shinier without weighing it down. The scent is pleasant but not overpowering, which I appreciate. It also helps in maintain my hair color—it definitely keeps it from fading as fast. However, I took off one star because I wish it provided a bit more moisture. My ends still feel a little dry, so I have to use a leave-in conditioner along with it. But that being said, if you have color-treated hair and want something lightweight that enhances shine, this is a great option. I’ll keep using it, but I might pair it with a more hydrating leave on spray of the same range.

It's super thick and rich and coats the hair easily to ensure even gloss distribution. It smells good just the shampoo, a gourmand smell that is noticeable but not too overpowering. I usually use a masque or deep conditioning treatment as my hair is very long, blonde and I only wash it twice a week. This conditioner was very comparable to a treatment and gave me the results I was looking for - shiny, hydrated hair that is not weighed down. The container is substantial so this will last a long time and helps to justify the price. I really enjoyed this container in conjunction with the matching shampoo and leave it treatment, my hair looked salon standard at home and my ends felt smoother and healthier that I expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole range and could definitely considering purchasing again in the future.

I have used this product at least a few times each week for the past two months. The Redken Acidic Colour Gloss Conditioner has a nice aroma to it. It was of a nice consistency, not too runny or thick. It helped make my hair manageable. Didn’t leave my hair feeling greasy from any residue. I liked that it had the right pH for my hair so I didn’t have to worry about any further damage occurring. My natural hair colour was brightened by using this conditioner and I can only imagine how it would bring out the bold colours in coloured hair.

I have blonde foils so always looking for products that help keep my hair healthy and shiny. I apply the conditioner to the ends of my hair and it made my hair feel soft and hydrated without weighing it down. After several weeks, the ends of my hair looked less dry and damaged. I like the scent which isn't overpowering and I only require a small amount for my long hair so it will last several months. It's great that this conditioner is sulphate free.

Very easy to lather up, when washing your hair it feels great, hard to beleive they are sulfate free products. After using the shampoo, I then used a small amount of the think conditioner, was able to comb my hair without and stress, the water then removed the conditioner leaving it feel silky, I normally let my hair dry naturally as it has a curl and felt it looked drier than normal, however still very soft and had a shine. Redken is a number one brand and very luxurious, it still lives up to the name, however I feel I need more of a moisture lock.

I usually wash my hair 3 times a week as I have oily thin hair and it gets sweaty a lot and I’ve found with using this product I’m able to wash my hair 1-2 days a week. I shampoo the scalp twice and only condition the ends & I use the protection spray even when I’m going to air dry my hair as it detangles my hair and also leaves it feeling nice. I did notice a reduction of frizz but overall I found the conditioner didn’t hydrate my hair as much as I would like especially if you’re using this on coloured hair.

Thank you Beautycrew for letting me test it. This conditioner seems to work ok, it seems to do the same job as the other conditioner so it is ok. I find the bottle hard to squeeze out the product, it seems a bit rigid. The bottle is also small so for my hair which is past my shoulders, I know it is not going to last for very long. The hair conditioner itself seems to work fine so that was good but nothing amazing to be honest.

As with the shampoo, I loved the beautiful floral scent. I used this product for 4 weeks in combination with the shampoo, washing every 3-4 days. It left my hair feeling fresh and much softer and silkier than it normally does but I did find it to be a little heavy for my thin hair. Due to the price I could not afford to use this as a regular item.

As someone with long, fine hair, I’m always on the hunt for a conditioner that provides deep hydration without making my hair feel weighed down. I found the Conditioner did a great job of conditioning - it’s rich and nourishing, which I love since I prefer a heavier conditioner. My hair felt soft and had a nice shine after using it. However, I didn’t notice much of a difference in terms of my hair color’s vibrancy. While it may help with long-term color retention, I didn’t see an immediate boost in brightness or richness. That said, it left my hair feeling healthy, smooth, and glossy, so I still think it’s a great option for hydration and shine, especially if you like a more substantial conditioner.

I also didn’t notice a significant improvement in glossiness or color longevity. Since I used the full set—including the shampoo, conditioner, and heat protectant—I expected better results. While the conditioner did provide some initial softness, it didn’t stand out enough to justify the price. My hair still felt flat and frizzy, and I was hoping for more noticeable improvements. I typically prefer hydrating formulas, and unfortunately, this one didn’t offer enough moisture or control for my hair type. While I enjoyed trying it, I don’t think I’d repurchase, as I’ve found more affordable supermarket alternatives that work just as well, if not better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from nice conditioner [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look this is a great conditioner, i just feel it is a little heavy for my hair. When used together with the shampoo and heat protectant my hair whist shiny, just felt instantly greasy and weighed down already. And i basically had to wash my hair the next day or just through it back. When used just shampoo and conditioner alone, and using minimal amount, it felt better, so i guess the key is less is more here. Smelt divine, very luxurious, just use in small doses. probably need to always blow dry after using rather than air drying, which i do like to do from time to time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great shine and improved manageability [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I had the opportunity to try the trio of products in this range including the shampoo, conditioner and thermal protector. The conditioner comes in standard plastic bottle which is made from 95% recycled plastic. It is a creamy white texture with a slightly fruit scent which I found pleasant. I applied this conditioner after shampooing twice, focusing on my ends and mid lengths which are drier and have been the most coloured over the years. I found the conditioner improved the manageability of my hair, it was nicely moisturised and lots easier to comb out. After drying my hair looked shiner and it almost enhanced my colour making it look brighter. It also helped smooth some frizziness as I have lots of new baby hairs coming through. Whilst I liked the shine factor, my hair is very thin and gets greasy quickly and I found I needed to wash daily while using this product so for is reason I wouldn’t repurchase. I think it would work great for normal to thicker hair types and those that are normal to dry. It’s not really suited for those of us that need more volume.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its fine but not amazing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Redken Acidic Color Gloss Shampoo and Conditioner, and I’m generally quite pleased with the results. My hair feels really soft, and detangling is noticeably much easier. The scent is lovely, the bottles are nice and compact for the shower and it leaves my hair with a healthy shine. However, I’m not sure I’d repurchase because of the price point. While the products work well to enhance colour and keep my hair vibrant, the cost might lead me to look for more affordable alternatives in the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent conditioner but nothing outstanding [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the acidic bonding range so had high hopes for this range. Unfortunately it fell a little short for me- Unlike the bonding range, I didn’t feel that was significant improvement to my hair/colour after using this. I am not sure why but the product is meant to be colour safe but it seems to have changed my colour. In fact it lightened my hair a bit. I found the conditioner a bit heavier than the bonding range and therefore I had to rinse it out longer. In addition my hair just felt a bit greasier, sooner. I didn’t have that completely clean feel after a wash. It did leave my hair looking a bit glossier but because of the colour change, I wouldn’t really purchase this to use again.
