General Information

This foaming gel cleanser gently exfoliates to promote skin 
surface renewal and cleanses to help remove pore clogging 
buildup and dead skin cells while maintaining skin’s 
moisture barrier. Daily use cleanser visibly improves skin’s 
tone and texture to reveal healthier looking skin every day.

Warnings

Store below 30°C. Not to be used for children under 3 years of age.

Directions

Use as first step to cleanse.  Lather with a small amount of water, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs rinse thoroughly with water. Gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin.

I didn’t know exfoliating could feel like this. I’ve used so many scrubs in the past that left my face feeling raw, tight, or just plain angry—so I was a little skeptical when I tried the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating SA Cleanser. But now? I’m completely hooked. It’s so smooth—like, it somehow exfoliates without feeling harsh or gritty at all. No scratchy beads, no stinging aftermath, just a really satisfying clean that leaves my skin feeling fresh, soft, and ridiculously smooth. You get that polished glow, but none of the drama. The magic is in the salicylic acid (SA)—it works gently beneath the surface to help clear out pores and smooth rough patches, but it doesn’t leave my skin stripped or irritated. It’s like a reset button for your face, but one that respects your skin barrier. I’ve noticed my skin looks more even, feels softer, and has fewer little bumps or dry patches since using this. And it’s gentle enough that I can use it several times a week without any issues at all. Plus, it pairs perfectly with the Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream afterward (hello, smooth skin combo!). And just like the moisturizer, the price point is surprisingly affordable for how effective it is. It feels like a luxury cleanser without the luxury price. Easy to use one or two pumps does my entire face and neck. Leaves my face smooth and clean. No harsh chemicals, nice budget friendly cleanser is easy to use, and does an amazing job. My skin always feels nice and clean. I find it easy to use in the shower. Love all Cetaphil products I have tested so far.

I have sensitive skin and, not many creams work well for me but, these are a dynamic duo for me! I will buy them as a skin care routine from now on! Just keep in mind, a little, goes along way!

It’s silky smooth and when applying it to my skin it foams up nicely. It has a subtle pleasant scent and it feels gentle on my skin. After use my skin feels cleansed and soft and since using this cleanser my skin hasn’t felt as dry. This is a great exfoliating cleanser for sensitive skin, highly recommend giving it a go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Go-To-Cleanser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all the gentle exfoliating SA cleanser is a very good cleanser. It is a great option for those with sensitive skin (I can attest to this because I myself have sensitive skin!), it has next to no fragrance and when dry there is no fragrance at all and it is hypoallergenic! While using this cleanser the lists of pros definitely outweigh the cons for sure. When used as your first step in your cleansing routine you’ll find that it does great when it comes to ridding your skin of build up, dirt and grime from the day rather than clogging up your pores and leaves your skin feeling refreshed while maintaining your skins natural barrier. You’ll notice over time as well your skin will begin to improve by looking healthier not only in tone but in texture and I personally had less flare ups throughout the month. I will note that it does promote as a foaming gel cleanser but unfortunately for me I didn’t find that it foamed up as much as I expected but it got the job done in the end. I would highly recommend this cleanser especially for those with sensitive skin.Packaging is just amazing and travel friendly we can just lock and open with a twist which is great.

Love that it is an exfoliating cleanser that is gentle enough for daily use. It foams up nicely which is a must for me in a cleanser. It doesn’t have actual physical extoliating bits but is more a chemical exfoliant and using it everyday has not caused any sensitivity or irritation. It cleans the skin really well and no tight feeling afterwards either. I think the size is decent and one pump is sufficient for each use and therefore lasts a really long time. Great value in my opinion. Definetly something I will be repurchasing.
