COLOURLOCK ACCELERATOR™This market leading formula creates a thin, protective barrier that works at lightning speed to lock in your tan and prevent colour transfer so you can be same day ready.

Warnings

WARNING: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn.
KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. If swallowed, get medical attention or contact a poison control centre right away. Carry out a patch test on the forearm 24 hours prior to use. Do not apply to damaged or inflamed skin. If irritation, redness or itchiness occurs, discontinue use. Keep away from eye area and lip. If material accidentally enters the eye or contacts lip, rinse well with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Common Uses

Self Tanning

Ingredients

 AQUA (WATER), DIHYDROXYACETONE, GLYCERIN, DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL, COCO-GLUCOSIDE, COCONUT OIL GLYCERETH-8 ESTERS, CI 14700 (RED 4), SODIUM BENZOATE, CI 19140 (YELLOW 5), CITRIC ACID, ERYTHRULOSE, POTASSIUM SORBATE, SODIUM METABISULFITE, CI 42090 (BLUE 1).

Directions

STEP 1: Ensure skin is clean, exfoliated and moisturiser-free.
STEP 2: Pump foam liberally onto a Bondi Sands Application Mitt. Apply to legs, arms and body with long, sweeping motions. Use what’s left on your mitt for hands, elbows, knees and feet.
STEP 3: Allow one hour for the tan to fully develop on your skin.
Shower with warm water (no soap!) and gently pat dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bondi Sands Ultra Express 1 hour tan This is hands down such a beautiful tan! The application was so smooth and the colour instantly was amazing. I put 2 coats on and left it on for 1 hour and I can say with confidence that it is most definitely ultra express! The final colour is such a stunning bronze. The only issue that I did notice was my armpits turning green/pink which is a shame, however overall I couldn‚t recommend the product more!

Super easy to apply, blends like a dream and dries quickly without the tacky-feel. Then after literally only ONE HOUR it delivers a gorgeous, natural glow! I'll admit I was skeptical but the hype is real - do yourself a favour and go grab a bottle!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glowingggg ✨😁 I loved a lot of things about this tan, I loved that it didn't have much of a smell and the quick drying meant that it didn't leave any marks or a smell on my clothes! The quick drying formula does mean you have to work quick to blend it. I only applied one coat and washed it off after the hour but didn't feel like the colour was as dark as I would have liked, so I'd definitely recommend a second coat after the first coat is dry. I looove the practicality of this tan and will definitely be using it again 😁 I was complimented by a work colleague the next day who said I was glowing ✨

My tans normally last a week with other products and this definitely didn‚t. For a last minute tan for an event I HIGHLY recommend

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Amazing, expect for the smell Love this tan my new fav one, i used to use 1 hour express so wasn’t to much of a difference but it definitely is a lot darker and don’t have to sit in it for as long which is a bonus too. the only downside is the smell, as it has no added fragrances it just doesn’t smell nice at all, i light candles all through my house on tanning nights just to get rid of the smell and my partner complains for the week after i tan that i still stink.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very quick, very easy to apply but very dark Love how this product goes onto the skin and soaks in, as with all BS products the smell is good and not super fakey. It develops super super quickly and when you wash off it looks good. It is VERY dark however and (to me, who‚s a loooong time Bondi user), it doesn‚t look as natural as my usual product and due to the striking colour it‚s noticeable after a few days that the tan is coming away at the feet and fingers and gives the game away. Good for a quick fix or when going out and need a hit of colour but I would stick to my usual for everyday natural looking tan

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best from the brand I‚ve used Straight away the darkness of the tan scared me a little, and whether or not it‚s just the guide colour, it‚s dark! The tan dried super quickly and ended up being hard to work with. I felt like I was trying to move it around but it was just stuck. I usually use the techno colour tan or aero gold and never had this problem. I actually washed it off after 20 minutes because of how dark it already was. It has left a glow but streaky.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this product, mostly due to the ‚ultra dark‚ / ‚ultra express‚ on the label. The colour payoff made even application easy. The product was also super quick to dry meaning I didn‚t have to worry about potential smearing or transfer. I left the product on for 1. 5 hours (the bottle instructs 1hr) before washing it off with warm water (no soap) and patting dry. Waited 24hrs for it to develop, and the tan gave me what I would consider medium tan (or what I call a tint). It is now two days later and I am no darker. Given the ‚ultra dark‚ I was expecting more and am disappointed with this colour payoff. It‚s no different to the colour I get from the 1hr express foam or the liquid gold dry oil. If there are any additional application steps I should be trying for better colour payoff, I would be interested to know. I appreciate being given the chance to trial the product none the less.

Thought I was gonna be a bronzed goddess, came out looking like I lost a fight with a paint roller. Cheers for the streaks, Bondi. Might give this one a miss next time - shoulda stuck with my aero express :(

Also I can’t get past the terrible streaks - I’ve never experienced this with other Bondi Sands products. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand and just stuck to the original express tan.

I am a long time user of Bondi and this is the worst product I have used. It doesn’t go on well, product moved around and didn’t apply well. I do not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed at all hardly any colour pay off and clings to patches of skin. it‚s just your average Bondi sands there is no need to spend extra money on the same exact product. you can‚t do anything for an hour as it will transfer anywhere and everywhere. it gives you false hope with the colour guard. if I‚m being honest I‚d stick with loving tan or baddest tan if i really needed good results
