There is no strong flavour of apple cider, just a hint which is just right. So easy to take as a gummy instead of a liquid. I would definitely recommend these.

I don’t really like the taste of apple cider vinegar as it is too strong and wanted to try it in the gummy form. You can definitely taste the apple cider vinegar but the taste and smell is not very strong and the gummy is delicious. I can definitely see myself incorporating into my regular diet and can’t wait to see the results.

These gummies change the game , they are so easy to take and even though there is a slight taste of ACV it's not very strong and not unpleasant. No aftertaste in my mouth either.

But I was wrong. You can taste the vinegar but it’s very mild and it is actually quite tasty. I didn’t like the texture of the gummy. It has a sweaty texture when you first grab it. The first gummy I tried tasted very grainy but the rest were fine. They are very convenient to include in my diet. I was passing regular movements which I was really happy with. I like the fact that you’re helping improve your gut health by just taking two gummies. It’s really that easy!

I’ve tried these for two weeks and haven’t had any problems and they are now apart of my daily routine to keep my gut healthy.

They certainly have a slight apple cider vinegar tang but it's well masked. Slightly sour but nothing that would cause a pinched face response. The texture is as I expected from a gummy, but it feels slightly oilier in the hand when picking them up. I did find that it help with my regular bowel movements with regular consumption as indicated on the packaging and with a decent amount of fibre to add to a balanced diet. I also certainly like that it has no articifial sweeteners too.
