Acetyl Levocarnitine (2540mg ), 2.54g, Caffeine 100mg, WIthania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) root ext. dry conc. 150mg, from root dry (3000mg) 3g, Tyrosine (1000mg) 1g, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 200mg, Nicotinic acid (Niacin) 25mg, Chromic chloride hexahydrate 1.54mg, equiv. Chromium 300 micrograms, Potassium iodide 327 micrograms, equiv. Iodine 250 micrograms.

Directions

Adults Only - Dissolve 10g (1 level scoop) in 300mL of cold water (settling of the product occurs over time. The scoop is included as a guide only. We recommend weighing the serve if accuracy is required).
