Directions

When: Consume 60-90 minutes before exercise or within 30 minutes after exercising. Or enjoy any time of the day as a protein plus iron top up.

How: Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 200mL of cold water to a glass or shaker, and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
