GO ASHWAGANDHA 8,000+ STRESS & ENERGY 1-A-DAY contains the herb Ashwagandha which has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to support memory and mental recall. This formula also contains Vitamin B5 which supports energy levels, energy production and assists the body to cope with environmental stress, and Siberian Ginseng which supports physical stamina.

Each modified release capsule contains: Shoden Withania extract: Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. dry conc. 75mg, from dry root 3 g(3000mg), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext dry conc 85mg, from dry leaf...3.4g (3,400mg), Siberian Ginseng 200mg - from dry root...2g (2,000mg), Calcium Panthothenate 5.5mg - Equiv. to Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5)...5mg

Directions
